It's not exactly 4 stars, or some kind of star rating criterion.. The windows of the rooms overlook either the gas station or the road, it's noisy.
A very modest breakfast (I am not an expert on Turkish cuisine, but everything is very peculiar). Cleaning the room and changing towels are probably not very interrelated activities, if you return to the room immediately after cleaning, check the availability of towels before going to the shower, as well as with toilet paper... The spa area is also without comment.. although there were people in the hotel who did not stay for the first time...

I have been to your hotel 4 times, excellent service, cozy rooms, a good selection of food for breakfast. The receptionists are polite and helpful. I would especially like to mention the Eser receptionist, always smiling, ready to help with any question, polite and attentive. Thank you for your work and the hotel!!!!👍🏻😊I advise everyone to stay at this hotel!!!

It is very nice that the rooms are clean, spacious and spacious
but the staff's friendly and smiling effort to help is admirable
Belboy eser bey and receptionist cenk bey are very nice to meet at night and order coffee, show interest in the morning
The biggest problem of the service sector is qualified personnel
congratulations to the hotel management for working with such beautiful people
I will definitely prefer the hotel next time I come
