We had a rest in early September. We were placed in a cottage (in a cottage complex).
Advantages: convenient location, beautiful plants, there is a swimming pool with sun beds and a cozy cafe, round-the-clock wi-fi, delicious and varied breakfasts. The room is cool, all the amenities are there: TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, lots of sockets. The furniture is also on the level, it was comfortable for us. The only thing is that it would be good to add hangers to the linen closet.
Cons: until you ask, the rooms are not cleaned, there were no normal garbage cans, stray dogs, cats and even cows walk around the territory!!! This is of course an outrage! It was difficult to find the girl at the reception on the spot, the rest of the staff is friendly. Since we lived in the cottage part of the hotel in the outermost house, we did not have wi-fi. It was certainly frustrating.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, the overall impressions are positive 👍🏻

Vacationed with a friend at this hotel in October. The undoubted advantage of the hotel is its location - close to Sochi airport and, accordingly, very close to Gagra. The village is quiet, the sea is clean - just great for a family holiday.
The hotel staff is very polite and attentive.
One day after a severe thunderstorm, they discovered that there was no water in the room. They informed the reception and after 10 minutes the problem was fixed 👍
Good and hearty breakfasts are what you need for active recreation, And there are plenty of activities here: we recommend a trip to the Lake.Ritsa and visit the city of New Athos - excellent impressions are provided

I fell in love with Abkhazia thanks to this hotel: a very warm welcome, juicy, delicious, beautiful, the atmosphere is both at home and visiting my best friends.
Perfect location, very beautiful green area, even when the hotel is full - there is no fuss, everything is very cozy. We rested there several times with different compositions: with children, with a group of friends, and sometimes just to jump out to the sea for a weekend.

I want to express my gratitude to the hotel! We had a rest in June 2024
The breakfasts are excellent, everything is fresh and homemade (eggs, cottage cheese, Sour cream), porridge every day, there is enough food for everyone, even if you come at the end of breakfast. The pool is not heated, but it heats up from the sun perfectly, clean, large, there is enough space for everyone. There is a cafe on site until 23:00, food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Everything is delicious! And the prices don't bite
It takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the sea through the market, they sell everything, if you forgot something, you can buy everything
The beach is pebbly, basically everyone goes swimming in slippers, you can also buy them at the market. The sea is clean, there are sun beds (rent 200 rubles for the whole day)
The staff is wonderful, responsive, not a single question was left unanswered
If you eat with children, fine! If you eat to relax without children, it's also great!
The windows in the room overlook the sea and the sunny side, the room is heated, but there is an air conditioner, it saves
There are interruptions with hot water at night, but you can wash in the morning or afternoon)))
There is Wi-Fi, but it does not cope with all guests, if it goes online early in the morning, then everything flies. And in general, do not go online, but RELAX
I recommend the hotel, you did not regret for a minute that you chose it! It is located in the village of Alakhadzy, everything you need is there, the people are friendly, the nature is beautiful

I'll give you 1 star. Half for the warm pool and half for the great location. We had a vacation in October with my daughter (12 years old). Accordingly, in October there are cool nights, and sometimes days. In bad weather, the hotel is not intended from the word at all. In the shower there is a through hole in the wall, from there there are terrible drafts and wild cold. There were wild interruptions with hot water, there was always water in the sink from where it stank. Only a drop of liquid soap is provided, so if you check in at night, bring something with you.The administrator is never in place, so I had to run around the territory to find out at least something. As a result, workers came and walked around the room without taking off their shoes, dragging the dirt from their shoes on the carpet, there was no reaction to the comments. As a result, they twisted the mixer and did not turn it back on, the water just flowed under the sink. There are constant interruptions with light, the only source of heat is the air conditioner, unless of course you are lucky and it works in your room. I will keep silent about dirty mattresses and pillows. For 8 days they did not clean the room, did not change the bed linen, barely persuaded me to change the towels because the answer is "later". Breakfasts are terribly of the same type, porridges are thin, sausages and sausage every day. No one wipes the tables before breakfast, take the initiative and wash the table yourself, there is no way out. After breakfast, they want to close the dining room, they want to open it. And there is the only source of boiling water, because there is neither a kettle nor a small mug in the room. Even if the dining room is open, the workers who ate the leftovers of paid breakfasts will glare at you. Not very comfortable, of course. Wi-Fi catches only on the bar, so I advise you to choose profitable roaming, or purchase a local SIM with the Internet. The bar is expensive and not tasty, we bought food several times, but there was no hope left. The hair dryer and ironing board are outside, if someone took them to the room, then don't wait back. The rest was saved only by friendly people in this country and beautiful nature, but this does not apply to this hotel in any way. We will not go back there anymore, complete disappointment, alas.

We had a rest in the first half of June 2024. We were placed in a nice room, everything is clean, cozy, there is a slight smell of damp wood, WiFi and TV, refrigerator are working, there is no kettle in the room, but at any moment you can go into the dining room and pour boiling water from a thermal boiler, take a tea or coffee bag, heated pool and backlight is super!There are dryers for towels and swimsuits outside.There is one hair dryer in the common area and an ironing board on the ground floor. You can order whatever you want to eat at the bar. The food in the dining room was delicious, satisfying, and the territory was clean.Three days later, we were offered room cleaning. The beach is close, the sea is clean, there are paid sun beds 200 rubles for the whole day.There are shops and cafes near the hotel. Boiled corn was sold right in front of the hotel for 100 rubles. Buses to Gagra and Pitsunda run directly from the hotel twice a day at 9:30 and at 15:30 (ticket 100p). Vacationers, do not taste different wines every day, and you will feel good like us)

We had a rest in early June. Everything is fine! The hotel is wonderful! The staff is helpful, always with a smile! The air conditioner in the room broke down, a new one was already installed in the evening!
The room was clean, the light was turned off 1 time and then after a severe thunderstorm and not for long. The bar serves delicious food, everything is inexpensive. The pool was always warm and clean. The Internet is a little lame, but it didn't matter to us, so it didn't even upset us) They fell in love with Abkhazia right away!! Beauty, snowy mountains, flowers, cows all around, everything is blooming) The sea is clean, the beach is huge! There are a lot of impressions, we returned rested and satisfied!

We were in Abkhazia in early June 2024!!! We were told that it would be out of season!!! But, it was a very good season! The sea is not hot, but very comfortable, the sun is hot, the average temperature during the day +28 - +32 !!! The biggest plus in our trip is the Elion Hotel, and its incredibly sincere, pleasant, caring staff! Very nice people, clear answers to all questions. We shared tips on the kitchen, places! God, what kind of food is there!!! The bar is staffed by simply unreal chefs! The room has everything for a comfortable stay: the purest snow-white linen, shower, hairdryer, even a TV (although why do you need it on vacation in Abkhazia at all!), air conditioning!!! The hotel is located in the village of Aladzy, Pitsunda, 200 meters from the sea! A very modern hotel, the pool is warm and clean! Everything was very decent!!!Before leaving, we already hugged the guys, we didn't want to leave so much! Everything is too native, family-like, very cozy!!! Thank you very much to each of the staff!!! You are forever in our hearts! I hope to see you next year!!! Thank you for your hard work and for your warmth!

We had a rest in the first half of June 2024. In general, I liked it.
+ decent rooms, friendly and good-natured staff. Breakfast from 9 am to 10 am (vegetables, different egg options, two porridges, sausages, ham, cheese, cereals, milk )- you won't stay hungry, everything you need for breakfast! Cool pool. The sea is nearby, a little walk down the street, the sea is clean, the beach is big, just fire! There are many different shops along Tumanyan Street. Next to the hotel is the Mandarin dining room - where you can have a varied and delicious lunch or dinner. I liked the landscaping on the territory of the hotel- KEEP IT UP!
- Disgusting Internet on the territory of the hotel (in the early morning while everyone is sleeping, it's nothing). Cleaning for 9 days never (it turns out you had to come up and ask). The audibility is a nightmare, as if elephants are walking.
In general, if you are not being polite, it is very good. It rained once, which was why the whole of Abkhazia was without electricity for half a day.
I recommend the Elion Hotel!

The hotel grounds are clean. They clean up every day.
We got a room (like B102) on the ground floor. The visibility is good ...((
There are 3 beds in the room (2 connected and one separate - milking child type)
The air conditioner that was in the same mode (17’)
Each had 2 towels - small and large.
There are no tulle on the window, only curtains.. Don't walk around in your underpants …

We had a rest in August 2024. We lived in a cottage. We really enjoyed living in a separate small house. Silence, no running and crying children. Sweet Polina met us at the reception. She took us to the room. Everything is provided in the room. It smelled of wood. The breakfasts are to choose from, everything is very tasty and fresh. (Minus, it's a huge queue for food and few places to eat.) On the last day of our stay, the music was very loud, there was an unpleasant sound in the room, until 23:00, and we needed to sleep already. I couldn't even hear the TV.
Even despite the small disadvantages, I recommend the hotel, it has a wonderful staff. The pool was clean and there were enough places for everyone. Thanks to the hotel staff.

We had a rest in Elion in September 2023. The hotel is excellent, the place is beautiful,the pool is clean,the bar is wonderful,the staff are polite,the breakfast in the dining room is good,linen was changed every three days,cleaning on request,air conditioning in the room,refrigerator,water,WiFi.True, sometimes the lights were turned off, but this is a problem in Abkhazia. It's 5-7 minutes to the sea, the sea is great. Upon leaving the hotel, cafes, markets,stalls,minibuses to Gagra, Pitsunda immediately start. 100 rubles stop right at the hotel.It's a very cheerful street.Director Adam and the receptionist are cute. The room also had a shower, plumbing and TV are all working, bed linen and towels.

We had a rest from the end of September to the beginning of October. The weather was hot. Of the advantages of the hotel:
1. There is a clean heated swimming pool on site;
2. Good breakfasts;
3. You can have lunch and dinner at the pool bar and not go looking in other places, they cook delicious;
4. The hotel grounds are green and beautiful.
Minuses:
1. There is very strong audibility in the rooms, when walking from above, everything creaks, as if walking on the head. Ask for a room on the 3rd floor so that no one goes from above. And even better cottages
2. The beds are pushed together, the mattresses are terrible, one small closet
3. The room was not cleaned once, the toilet stank constantly of sewage.

There are a lot of dogs in the village, there are practically no cats. One dog stole slippers that were left outside the bungalow. The slipper was then found in the grass))

Finally got around to writing a review, we rested from 15.07 to 23.07. The hotel is on solid 4. I'm shooting a star for turning off the lights in our house, because of a loose vending machine and for the fact that there was no water from evening to morning (no, at all). I want to express my gratitude to the bar staff, especially Rita! Thanks! The most delicious food in this village was in the bar of our hotel. The price/ quality ratio of 10000% In general, the hotel is not bad, the only thing is to forget about cleaning, it simply does not exist here. We lived in cottages, the rooms are new, everything is clean. You will throw out the garbage yourself))) I remembered another disadvantage, Wi-Fi only catches on the street. The pool is nice, but it wasn't cleaned every day. In general, we do not compare with Turkey and calmly go on vacation)))

We stayed here in the summer of 2022. Mixed feelings from the rest... Rather than 4 stars, it feels like 3+.
So: the check-in was at night, but they settled us right away - this is a plus. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, which is sometimes cleaned, and a bar where delicious food is prepared, as well as a lot of greenery. It's loud from the bar in the evenings, very loud.
Breakfast was supposed to be a buffet, and in fact it was given out, as in a canteen and no more than one or two positions per person. For example: here I want two pancakes and sour cream, but only one is allowed. And such nonsense with all the food.
We were caught during the Sochi floods and thunderstorms, so the electricity was turned off. Accordingly, there is no water, there is nowhere to charge, there is nothing to watch... The neighbors were collecting water in the pool for flushing in the toilet, there was no supply of drinking water at all!
About watching: there is TV, but it shows in poor quality and only 3 channels, of which 2 are in Abkhaz.
Your travel agent will not be allowed on the territory, no matter what happens! They will offer their own excursions and cars.
About "whatever happens": on the very first day, the child slipped on a wet tile in the bathroom and cut his head badly - only peroxide and cotton wool were found from medicines, and then they told him to buy and return the peroxide. I am already silent about the offer to get to the hospital for medical care (to sew up the wound), it was not there.
The general condition of the hotel is tired: the doors are swinging due to humidity, the tiles are falling off, there is greyness in the corners. The playground was not fully installed at the time of our vacation and borders the parking lot.

We stayed at this hotel for a week from June 17, upon arrival we realized that it was not yet the season for the sea, it was cold and stormy at times. Fortunately, the hotel has its own swimming pool, by the way it differs from the photos, there is no wooden covering, it is made under a stone and it is never heated, maybe when it is completely cold. But the review is not about that. The hotel has 2 main buildings and a number of cottages, which I could not find on the Internet, so I attach a photo. We took a cottage at our own risk and, in principle, did not regret it, but there are a lot of nuances. These houses were built just for the beginning of the season and apparently did not have time. Everything looks beautiful and clean in them, but the wood is not processed, it is not painted, the floor, which should be washed from time to time, it turns out will not be washed, if you find fault with the decoration, then even at the junction of the floors from the room to the shower slot to the street and there are a lot of such jambs, for example, ants crawled and this is logical because there are gaps. From other jambs, I can note that personally, in our 13th house, the drain in the shower worked poorly, which is strange for almost new. There were also no plugs on the curtain, and in general, there was a gap among the new curtains, the curtains were constantly falling down. There were no hangers in the closet, the request was answered, alas, no, but ordered...wait, so keep in mind, demand that we order room cleaning once every 4 days, well, how's the cleaning, a woman came to us and asked if we needed anything, I didn't even feel comfortable asking for everything at once, well, at least change the towels or something, I'll leave soon anyway. The room has a refrigerator, a sofa, a wardrobe, 2 cabinets, a TV, a bed, a spacious room, some rooms in the buildings are much smaller. There is a heated towel rail and a hair dryer in the bathroom, there are not enough hooks in my opinion. There are 2 chairs and a table at the entrance to the cottage. In large buildings there is an iron with an ironing board in common use. The hotel has a dining room where you can have breakfast. Every day there are several types of cereals, scrambled eggs or omelets, sausages, several types of sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, cottage cheese with sour cream, cereals, some kind of bun. This is the first time in Abkhazia, most likely we will not come again. We went on a reconnaissance mission with our spouse without children, it's good that they weren't taken. With all the preparation, pills, sorbents, disinfectants got sick. First my husband, right after me. Fever, loose stools, vomiting. The main problem of Abkhazia is the lack of sewage treatment plants, sewage in the sea with the corresponding consequences. Everyone is throwing up!
Now about Elion, located in the village of Alakhadzy, between Pitsunda and Gagra, the sea is beautiful and the coastline is wide, we were in new Gagra, we did not like the beach there. The hotel itself and the territory are cozy, clean heated swimming pool. Nice staff, especially Diana. The breakfast is quite delicious, we tried to diversify it with salads every day.
Room cleaning is very weak, for 9 nights one cleaning with a change of linen and towels was barely achieved. They took out the garbage themselves. There is a bar with delicious food, which is a plus.

The hotel is not ready to receive guests from the word "absolutely". We arrived on May 5 for 20 days, 2 adults and 2 children. Now we don't know what to do. We had a rest in June 2023.
Of the advantages:
- I will note the staff, polite and helpful. Although they work seven days a week from morning until late at night. It is clear that they are very tired.
-Heated swimming pool. The water is always warm. They clean it every morning. There are sun beds, large umbrellas were brought and placed already with us.
- The breakfasts are delicious, as is the other food in the bar.
- The territory is beautiful, gentrified. There is a lot of greenery. There is a small area for children.
- The sea is close. Clean.But there are always waves at sea. We were in Pitsunda - it's calm there
- The presence of stalls with food, clothes, souvenirs ... everything is there.
Of the cons:
-Check-in from 14:00. We, 3 families, arrived at 11:00 a.m. 2 families were settled in an hour, and us in 4 hours! Those are at 15:00 hours. I sat with the children for 4 hours waiting. Neither water was offered, nor an apology was corny. They said every time: WE'LL HAVE TO WAIT. From the first day, the impression was simply killed about yourself. Come up with some kind of solution to the problem in such cases, banally feed at least the children at the expense of the institution, or offer drinks. Because we leave the same without breakfast, which is paid for long before 14:00 hours.
- The most important and most unbearable thing is the DAILY power outage ! When the electricity goes out, the TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, refrigerator does not work by itself. And the water supply stops ! If you think that this will not happen on your trip, as we thought, then you are deeply mistaken! The power outage is probably a problem for the whole village, those who have generators are fine. So check this point when choosing a hotel in this place!
- Cleaning. More precisely, its absence. On the day of arrival, the child's candy fell to the floor, picked it up with a bunch of hair. There was a lollipop stick lying around. There was a layer of dust on the headboard of the bed. They clean it with a broom, i.e. all the dust flies around the room, there are no vacuum cleaners. And there is a floor covering or a palace (something like that) on the floorIt is simply impossible to clean it with a broom, especially from sand. And if you stand on it with wet feet or spill something, it dries for a very long time.after 4 days, I asked to change the bed linen, they changed it only for the 7th day and cleaned the bathroom. No one swept the floor. For other families with whom we arrived together, the bathroom was cleaned on day 3, but bed linen and towels were not changed until the end of the rest, which is 10 days.
- I really miss the white tulle! I want to open the dark curtains and let in the light, but residents walk past the big windows and you're like in an aquarium. So everyone is sitting in the dark as in caves behind dark curtains, the walls, furniture are all dark. Please dilute your interior with white tulle, it will be more comfortable , more pleasant and, most importantly , more comfortable to be in the room !
- We had a triple room. There was an extra mattress on the big bed. But he wasn't in the single bed. The mattress is sagging, the springs were very felt. I had to put the bedspread under the sheets, but it didn't really help. But it is worth noting that new mattresses were brought during our stay , so the owners are aware of the problem, I hope they will be replaced soon.
- I didn't really like the fact that the bar charges 10% for the service. I understand that this is the earnings of the staff and so on, but still we live here, we have to pay for everything. For this reason, most of the guests go to other cafes and canteens, where lunches and dinners are cheaper.
- Breakfast. From 8:30 and I don't remember how long, because if you come by 9:00 - 9:30, then it's not a fact that you will have something left. There are no clean mugs anymore . We have to wait for them to wash and take them out . And this is our vacation! I want to go to breakfast as soon as I get enough sleep, but I have to set an alarm clock, wake up sleepy, dissatisfied little children and run, and there is already a queue at the dining room, everyone is waiting for the opening. There are also very few tables inside, although there is an empty place. Many people have to go out into the yard. It would be fine, but there are days when it rains in the morning, and it's pretty cool.
- Swimming pool. Everything would be fine, but there is not enough pool for children. The pool is for those who can swim. Deep. Babies are carried by parents, and many buy inflatable pools for their children. And this is again an additional expense .
- There is not enough kettle with mugs in the room .
Especially if you have to leave early in the morning, when the dining room will not start working soon, but you need to feed the children and give them tea.
- Lack of sound insulation ! At first we thought that we were just unlucky with the neighbors from above , but then we realized that the neighbors from below probably had the same opinion about us. The other rooms have the same story. It's not about the people- it's about the quality of the hotel's construction.
- Music. There is not enough music during the day. (The Mandarin cafe saves against, their music saves in the hotel, by the way, they have a generator, everything always works and they are allowed to use Wi-Fi)Either because of a power outage, or simply it is not turned on. But how to go to sleep - they turn it on "to the fullest"! It's not clear what they're thinking about!

We are currently resting at the Elion.The hotel is great! The territory is compact, green with flowering trees, with a rather large swimming pool. The rooms are spacious. The breakfasts are very diverse: 2 types of cereals, salad, cottage cheese with sour cream, pancakes with jam or condensed milk, cheese, sausage, etc. Lunch or dinner at the bar can be ordered, you can go to the canteens on the street: a large selection of dishes and everything is delicious and decent, cleanliness is all around.The staff at the hotel is above all praise! The sea is 5-7 minutes away. along the street with pavilions and canteens. On the beach you can take a chaise longue 200 rubles, a sunbed 200 rubles. In general, we really like the hotel, the only thing missing is a kettle with cups in the room, but the bar has everything!!!

We rested at the Elion Hotel from September 14, 2023 to September 22, 2023. Before arriving at the hotel, we were very worried about what awaits us, because I read various reviews. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised. This is the most luchny hotel on Tumanyan Street. Swimming pool with clean, warm water. Very helpful staff. The rooms are clean, very cozy. The sea is within walking distance. On the opposite side of the hotel, there is a Mandarin dining room where you can have a delicious meal. On the way to the sea there are a lot of stalls with fruits, oriental sweets, souvenirs, etc.
You can easily get to Gagra or Pitsunda by bus for 100 rubles, you can check the schedule with the administrator. Thank you all for a good rest

We were a family of 4 people (2 adults + 2 children) in the period from September 26 to October 5.What can I say-WE ARE DELIGHTED!!!We arrived at the hotel at about 11, check-in from 14, we were checked in earlier, as the room was ready.We lived in the 1st building on the 3rd floor in a corner room (24 sq.m),2 single beds and 1 double bed, 2 bedside tables,a small refrigerator, white sheets, white towels for 2 each.Bathroom-toilet,shower (tile and curtain),sink,there is a socket.There is no kettle,hairdryer, iron, but you can ask for a hairdryer, and an ironing board with an iron is on the 1st floor.Need to clean the room, just ask!
The staff is polite, friendly!!!Diana is a super-waiter,Sarah,Maga (grill) I will miss you!!!
Burgers are very tasty, but everything is delicious there!!!
Beer costs from 90(Pitsund)up to 180p.
And if it's expensive for you, you can go out of the hotel around the corner and buy it for 40p. cheaper and drink it either in the room, or on the playground in front of the dining room, or on a sunbed by the pool, you can't go to the bar with your own, well, in general, like everywhere else)

2 adults and 2 children stayed at the hotel from 06/29.21 to 07/06.21. Pros: clean, pleasant territory. Swimming pool. Pool bar with music (inexpensive prices at the bar: beer from 80 rubles, wine from 220 rubles, fries 100 rubles, barbecue 250 rubles, etc.). Nice rooms, everything is clean, tidy, linen is changed every 3 days. (Yes, there is a problem with mattresses and pillows, it's time to replace them, but for us these are small things). There is parking for cars. Great location!!! We walked to the sea with the children for an average of 3-4 minutes, staring around, there are many points of sale for souvenirs, cosmetics, clothes, swimming accessories, and of course fruits, cheeses, alcoholic beverages, everything is cheap! The sea: for us, of course, the approach is too sharp, not a cliff, of course, but taking into account the constant waves, large or small... Even a small wave of the child on the circle blows to the depth, uncritically, but eye to eye. The sea is clean, transparent, our family did not have rotovirus. There was no garbage or cows on the beach)). Toilet on the beach at the cafe, 20 rubles. About food!!! I took a star off the hotel for the food, we had breakfast. This is certainly something... There seems to be a small choice, 2 porridges, scrambled eggs or omelette, pasta, sausages, pancakes, fresh and meat, cheese cuts... But!!! For our family of 4 people, we have never had a normal breakfast, they have some kind of their own limits on food, damn 1 per person, then this is impossible, then another... They did not understand the policy of distributing food, they stopped going to breakfast. Almost opposite the hotel there is a decent Mandarin dining room, expensive, not everything is delicious, but mostly we ate there (clean, air conditioning, cartoons). I highly recommend the kebab shop number 1, right behind the hotel!!!Delicious meat, salads, etc.

The year 2021 is the most terrible hotel in the history of my trip ! I went to Alakhadzy with my husband. I chose this hotel based on the photo. First of all, I asked for a room on the 3rd floor. We were given 1 !
I asked for a 2-bed bed for a married couple! We were connected to 2 beds . Style a la the 80s.
On the 2nd day, we packed up all our things and left. The director of this hotel refused to refund the entire cost to us. 25 thousand rubles . And 3 to the deposit .
If you are ok to rest for 28 to 1 day here, then welcome . The attitude is bestial !

Thank you so much for our wonderful vacation! A very warm-hearted hotel, wonderful responsive staff, it feels like you came to visit friends who welcomed you with open arms. Awesome pool, clean, and in the evening also with cool lighting. It is very convenient that there is a bar, tables and a playground nearby, the kids are under control when parents can sit and relax. Adjarian boats, shish kebabs and trout on the grill are very tasty right here at the hotel. Good breakfasts, the child ate everything, and this is the main indicator for me. And at our request, we also picked up a driver for an individual tour at an adequate price. I definitely recommend you to visit, and at any opportunity we will come again! Thanks to you, we fell in love with Abkhazia even more!

Terrible hotel! We arrived with friends on July 11, 2022 and 2 days later we received severe poisoning. On July 16, this story repeated itself. The reason for this is: complete unsanitary conditions (stray dogs swim in the pool and drink from there); uncleaned water, which they pour into jugs and cook tea on it; terrible food; dirty rooms that are not cleaned at all.
Minuses:
- When we arrived, we found a puddle of urine in the toilet;
- Got poisoned 2 times;
- Dirty rooms and pool;
- Electricity and water are constantly turned off, there is no generator;
- They refused to refund the money for the remaining days of rest;
- There is no hair dryer in the room, only in the lobby;
- There was no refrigerator in the room
-Old furniture and mattresses;
- The room is completely made of combustible materials, there is no fire alarm 😐

We had a rest in June with the whole family at this hotel, we really liked everything - we arrived at 18:00, arrived at the Hotel by 23:00, passed the border for a long time, we thought that no one was waiting anymore... We were met at the reception by a very handsome man who told us everything, gave us the keys, said that we could have a snack at the Bar on the territory, ate, drank, went to bed! I'll say this, if you have a normal dialogue with people, then they are coming to meet you! Their music is cool and it did not bother us in any way, at 23:00 the music is turned down, which is not heard in the room at all, at One o'clock in the morning the cafe on the Hotel grounds closes! The rooms are clapboard, light and clean, the curtains are Black out, the light is not allowed at all, if it is hot, everything is shaded and the room is at night, there is air conditioning in the room.
We took breakfast and dinner, there is a simple "dry" menu in the Dining Room, there are many cafes nearby where you can eat inexpensively and in a variety of ways, so the advice for those who do not like monotony in food is to choose only Breakfast when booking a ticket.
