Excellent price/quality ratio. Great location: close to the beach, grocery stores and the center. Only the renovation would refresh the rooms. Excellent receptionist Athena

The reception staff is very friendly and has a decent level of English. There is a swimming pool, but it is practically not used by visitors. There is no parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The elevator used in the building has no ventilation, it seemed to me that it was used in the past for the needs of housemaids. WiFi pulls about 0.5 MB/s. Being on the 5th floor (for rashka it's 6, because there is no concept of ground floor) they usually go down to the reception if they need to download something. The overall impression for 3 stars is excellent.

Inexpensive, comfortable, very large rooms, everything is close, overall I really liked it.
