I wanted to order a couple of spare parts for phones, you call on the phone and they tell you, yes there is... Call another number (they say the number) you call this number, they give you another number, they say they will call you back in an hour, no one called after an hour. I dialed them again, again the same thing from number to number, and again they promised to call me back in an hour... And so 7 times, 5 days have passed and no one has called back. I'm furious, I just want to buy a couple of parts, but it feels like I'm buying a car from Germany by ferry
I made an order on the website, a day and a half later they called me and told me the most standard story in Armenia (we have technical problems here, we can only bring it tomorrow). Of course, I demanded a refund, and of course they were offended at me.
