A large selection of last year's coat models and free repair of purchased clothes here or in another store of the chain. But sellers are something. It's good that we were served by an age lady, so she did well. Everyone else is a nightmare. Either the buyer doesn't care or it's a gross imposition. Young people have problems with the Russian language too. Parking is a problem on a weekday. It's good that we chose the model ourselves on the website in advance. I didn't know they had a fabric store there.

I'm disappointed with the store. I liked the trousers, but they were defective. I asked the seller if they had any good quality goods. I was told that there are such trousers in another store on Mayakovsky. Can't you order from the factory? No, the seller answers, we sell what the commodity expert considers necessary to sell. Absurd.... The warehouse at the factory is full of goods, and it is difficult to deliver goods to the company store through the fence. They offered to order the product they liked through the online store, but the delivery is 10 rubles. That is, if I just try on the product and it doesn't fit me, then I still have to pay 10 rubles. And the color scheme of the product is just "creepy" - it's some kind of carnival... Why Belarusians should wear all this. Where are the classic style goods?

The models are copied from foreign manufacturers, but the cost of Belarusian ones exceeds several times. I calculated that the cost of the set (jacket and trousers) reaches 1000 rubles. It is simply incomprehensible to the mind!!!!!!

Elema is a low price and very high quality! All my outerwear is from elema. One disadvantage is that there is no demolition of these clothes.The store itself has the largest assortment from the factory. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The beautiful products of Elema, in my opinion, are not presentable in the store. The store has 4 halls, BUT due to the quantity of goods, everything is covered up and to figure out if there is something interesting for you, you must literally rummage through EVERYTHING!
There is also a problem with the online store: the delivery of each item cost 7 rubles!!! At the same time, the receipt for the items was knocked out in this store (on the streetTrostenetskaya), and it remains a mystery WHY the question about the delivery of goods to this particular store was answered that it could NOT be done from other stores if the receipt was eventually knocked out of this store?!
