We are talking about a breakdown of equipment outside the warranty case, but extended insurance was issued on the product. When buying, I was clearly told that in case of a breakdown, the device could be replaced with a new one, allegedly at the request of the client. In fact, it turned out differently: when applying, he was refused a replacement. They only offered repairs, and they promise a replacement only if the necessary spare parts are not available.
In addition, I initially applied for a factory warranty, as it has not expired yet. I provided the documents for the factory warranty and extended insurance immediately. As a result, the coffee machine spent almost two weeks "traveling" through the service under the basic warranty — first there, then back after the repair was refused. Now a similar procedure is required for extended insurance, and it is not known how long it will take.
In fact, I've been without equipment for almost a month, which I paid for properly. A very unpleasant experience.
