We were satisfied with the service and product quality - it corresponds to the price. We took a kettle with a temperature controller with touch control, I plan scales and a TV with voice control.

I visited this store the other day. The store has a small assortment of goods, but a decent one for him. very polite and professional staff, unlike other stores I have visited over the years. I would like to separately praise the intern Ivan, who helped with the choice of a robot vacuum cleaner, telling about all the subtleties of work and functionality, as well as the consultant Matvey, who helped decide on the choice of a washing machine and a refrigerator. To be honest, I was very impressed with the service of the store staff. The fact is that the guys are quite young, but they have laid out all the subtleties and nuances in detail on the shelves. When consultants in other stores cannot even understand what consumers want from them and sell what is profitable for them. Although there were doubts here too, similar to other stores, but they immediately disappeared after the consultations received. It is immediately clear that this store takes care of its customers and helps them choose what they need.

Пришел в магазин за новым телевизором. Была акция на большие диагонали. Консультант рассказал про модели, то да сё. Хорошо, давайте оформлять. Консультант стал настаивать на покупке расширенной гарантии, или как там она называется. Я выразил несогласие на эту гарантию. На это мне было заявлено, что акционная цена действует при покупке доп.гарантии, а без неё полная цена, без скидки. Я ушел ни с чем. Только позже узнал, что меня "развели". Спасибо, остался без телевизора.

Расширенная гарантия - обман потребителей. При покупке блендера консультант убеждал что если купить расширенную гарантию - ЛЮБЫЕ поломки блендера и чаш будут заменены по гарантии.
По факту - через полгода в процессе обычной эксплуатации сломалось крепление ножа в чаше, и в феврале мы обратились по вопросу гарантийного ремонта. Понадобилось "всего" ТРИ месяца, чтобы услышать ответ от магазина:
"Здравствуйте, по Вашему обращению Блендер Bosch MS61B6170 CNHR26C сломана чаша. Сервисный центр провел диагностику и выявил, что поломка оси чаши 00268636 и ножа 00167715, мех.повреждение в процессе эксплуатации. По договору Гарантсервис при механическом повреждении потребитель оплачивает стоимость материалов, мы работы по их замене. Чаша 00268636 - 36 руб. и нож 00167715 - 42 руб. Будете оплачивать материалы?"
))) Получается я, купив расширенную гарантию на товар оплачиваю запчасти, а они оплачивают работу?? (Работа - вставить новый нож в новую чашу))
Читайте внимательно пункт 8.4 их договора, и не верьте консультантам, которых заставляют впаривать эту "расширенную гарантию"
Больше ни копейки в эту сеть, хотя покупал часто и дорогие вещи, пока не столкнулся с клиентоориентированностью Электросила.

26.02.21года купили телефон с расширенной гарантией которую посоветовал консультант, мол даже если и разабьете либо утопите и т. д., в сервисе его отремонтируют либо заменят, либо вернут деньги. Через пол года телефон упал в лужу, перестал работать, обратились по гарантии. Итог: четыре недели без телефона, телефон вернули в нерабочем состоянии,а деньги выплатили только за гарантию.Может хватит обманывать людей. Никому не желаю попасть в такую ситуацию,если хотите потрепать себе нервы добро пожаловать в электросилу!!!

В какой магазин не приди, если выбрал что-то бюджетной категории, вопрос в лоб - а почему вы берете это, а кому вы берете и т.д. и подобное хамство уже стало нормой. Далее 1500 причин, почему ваш выбор отстой, и надо брать дороже. Даже если настоите на своем, настроение испорчено , никакого удовольствия от покупки. Справедливости ради, в пятом элементе стало точно также. В общем, все меньше желания там что-то покупать

Отвратительный магазин и куда хуже сервис, пользуются технической необразованностью старшего поколения и впаривают никому ненужные функции по типу установки винды за 600 рублей, плюс эта дополнительная гарантия, по которой никто там нормально не работает (читайте комментарии снизу). В общем и целом: клиентоориентированности - ноль, вы для них лишь хоядчий кошелек, которому можно впариватт кучу всего, на самом деле, ненужного, лишь бы был плюс

Качество обслуживания ужасное.18.07.21покупала колонку jbl 2,так сравнение звука с jbl 3,я так и не услышала,так как у них нет демо версии,а открывать новую они не будут.Впечатление о магазине остались плохие.
