We bought an LG washing machine. I worked for 2 months, there was a knock. We contacted the electric saw store in Spektr. They said that there is a warranty from LG, therefore it is necessary to call the service and deal with them.
And so they did ! There are no questions about LG, the master arrived quickly, checked everything on the spot, issued an act and told us to contact the Electric Force for transportation to their service, which we did. The car was taken away for a week and a half. They brought a substitute (she started washing in one side of the tub, finished on the balcony). They called on their own typewriter and found out. They said that nothing was knocking and everything was fine (which was very alarming, because the master came and heard the knocking). After I sent the video to the store manager, they talked about the shipping bolts and the incorrect installation (although before that it was a specialist from Electric Power who installed it).
I contacted the LG+ master and recorded a video that she was still knocking. And I found out from him that no one had brought this car. And the specialist of Electrosila could not answer the question: "why was they taken to another service" ... they say they distributed it that way. When asked about a refund, they said that everything was fine with the car.…
We demanded to take the car to a specialized LG center, and not to Beltech. After the messages and not the most pleasant conversations, the application was approved and the car was taken away again (although they brought a good replacement, but we asked for it!)
LG did everything, they immediately said what the problem was. The car was returned. As a result, this whole story lasted a month and a half, and considering that we took an extended warranty, I already regretted contacting this store very much. Although there were +.
