I brought a laptop to replace the flooded keyboard, after the repair it turned out that the master simply tore out the old keyboard, as a result I got: cracked plastic, the keyboard installation area was not cleaned, the mounting screws were missing, the new keyboard was installed crookedly. Samsung also brought it, the screen stopped displaying the picture, they said they needed to change the display, and another service fixed the problem in 2 hours.

The phone has been lying for more than a month to replace the display. They did not repair it and did not call to come. After the visit, the phone was returned to them with a crack, which was not there when it was put into repair. They said we didn't damage it. Not honest craftsmen.
