Treating customers like garbage. I bought several sockets, during installation, the earth wire was not clamped on one of the bottoms, as it turned out, the thread on the screw was licked. When I brought the defective outlet to the store, I was told that I had torn off the thread myself, that nothing would be replaced for me. So much for the customer being always right. I don't advise anyone!
