We were there twice, both times in February, skiing.
The hotel is excellent, highly recommended. Once we stayed in a two-room room, the second time we took a house (friends were settled in the next one). The houses are great, if anything.
Of the significant advantages:
- Great breakfasts, IMHO - excellent cuisine for lunch / dinner. The restaurant is really great, aveluk is the best in Tsakhkadzor 100%. Really, you can only go to Yasaman.
The staff is nice and friendly. The option from the series "let's eat now, we'll bring the money later" passes without problems.
Excellent rental, skis, boots in excellent condition and at the same price as on the slope, but much better quality.
Free transfer from the airport (of course you need to arrange)
Great pool
Of the disadvantages - on the outskirts of the village, to a store or restaurant 5 minutes by car (in rubles = 100 rubles) or 20 minutes on foot
The pool does not have direct access, you need to go across the street (well, a minute at most).
3 years ago, dogs barked early in the morning, it certainly infuriated ... It's unclear what kind of dogs, by the look of the hotel, but the hotel refused.
The first year I didn't like the pillows, the second year they seemed to have improved.
..... yes, that's probably it.
I really recommend this hotel for winter holidays (we haven't been in the summer, I can't say anything), it will satisfy all needs.

Everything is fine, but there are clearly problems with breakfast - the opening at 9.00 is very late, there are a lot of people for the opening, an omelet is prepared to order by one cook in the hall, which is quite strange, because you can stand in line for it for 30 minutes, it would be better to put a pre-cooked one for a sufficient number of visitors, and if someone wants individually, then let them wait, but as a result, I was left without an omelet for 2 days in a row, there are no complaints about the products, it is incorrect, if breakfast was from 8.00, then this would solve many problems.
The staff is friendly, the room is small, but clean and comfortable, the sound insulation leaves much to be desired.

A lovely hotel located in a small town in a mountainous area. We lived in a triple suite. Initially, I booked a cottage (a few weeks before arrival via Booking). But the hotel had an overbooking and they offered us the best room, as well as a discount, a free transfer and a free excursion to Lake Sevan. The situation, of course, is unpleasant, but on the whole everything turned out well. The hotel has a beautiful, high-quality and modern interior. The carpet in the whole room is incomparable! Thick and soft at the same time! The kids loved lying on it.
The beds are comfortable, the bed linen and towels, the bathrobes are crystal white and magically soft.
Delicious and varied breakfasts, omelets were especially popular. One morning, fruit was brought directly to our room. A nice compliment from the hotel.
A noisy and fast mountain stream flows right through the territory. Watching him and how the water level rises is very exciting.
There is a small swimming pool, located in a separate building, beautiful and clean, there is a hammam and sauna, the staff provides towels and slippers.
One of the hotel rooms was given over to a playroom for small children - very convenient.
The restaurant is on the ground floor, but we only ordered room service from it once. We usually went out into the town to be not only in the room all the time.
We have the most wonderful experience of staying at the hotel!

I liked everything, I don't even want to find fault. A magnificent hotel, thoughtful architecture, landscaping, decoration in small details, excellent cuisine even on the buffet, friendly staff, helpful and very nice. The standard room probably lacked a hanger at the entrance and a chair. However, a chair was brought immediately upon request. I highly recommend the hotel!!

Friendly staff, going to the meeting in everything, everything is new, beautiful and clean everywhere. Free shuttle service to the ski lifts every hour from 9 to 17. The restaurant has a chef from Egypt, everyone liked the food very much. Breakfast is a buffet from 9 to 11, there is a large selection. The standard room is not large, but there is absolutely everything, I won't even list it (there are even disposable combs and toothbrushes). There is an indoor swimming pool and two baths on site. We traveled in a large company, there were no dissatisfied people.

A fairly high level of service, catering, recreation, storage of ski equipment, transfer from the airport to the hotel, to the mountain and back, friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location, shuttle to the ski lift, friendly staff, good menu and portions in the restaurant are good.
What's bad: the staff at the restaurant will serve you as long as there are no Armenians in the restaurant/bar. When Armenians appear, everyone switches to them, no tips save them... can it be like this everywhere in Armenia? It's the same on the lifts...
