I ordered a set of goods with an 18ah battery and a motor wheel.
There were no complaints about the quality of the product, everything turned out to be quite simple to connect. During the installation process, minor questions arose - I received answers without problems in a telegram from the store. That is, after-sales service is present and not bad.
Of the minor drawbacks, questions arose according to the instructions :) There is a lack of some data in it, i.e., for example, the nut from the motor wheel was lost, I overlooked it, and there was no information in the instructions about what thread pitch it should be.
As for the mileage.
In general, with my weight of 99 kg and pedaling (10-15 km of them only on the motor), after running 65 km, the battery remains charged by about 20-25%.
After running in the first set, I bought another one for my wife. We are happy with everything.

I bought an electrification kit for a bicycle. I chose one of the most expensive with a 1000 watt motor wheel. Issued, bought. I installed it myself (I had little experience). On the first trip, a malfunction was detected, namely, when the throttle was turned on, everything went out and went into safe mode. I couldn't figure out what the reason was, so I called the seller and explained the reason. I suggest we bring the bike to them so that they set up everything as it should be. They refuse and say they forgot to warn you that the power should not be set to maximum. OK, I got into the computer, I kind of set it up. After about 50 kilometers, I hear an extraneous sound from the motor wheel. I write to them again, they say everything is fine, the wheel should get used. I'm moving on. After 300 km. The noise began to increase and a metallic screech was heard. I'm writing to them again. They ask me to send a video on which you can hear and see how the engine works, I send it and in response I hear that everything is fine. But I understand that the motor should not work like that. Only after I insisted that they take the engine for diagnosis, they said bring it. I brought it, I left it. After a while, they write to me that it's about bearings and this is not a warranty case, repairs are at their own expense. I ask you to replace the bearings, I hear in response we do not have a master who can do this. I ask you to find a workshop that will take over the replacement of the bearing. They found it and gave it away. I'm waiting, after almost a week, they write. The engine is ready, you can take it. I ask if the problem was in the bearings, their answer just surprised us, we don't know because we didn't do it. I went to the workshop where the wheel was made, took it away, everything works. And the most striking thing was that the problem was not in the bearings, but in the overrunning clutch, there was simply no lubrication in it. Bottom line: There is no guarantee from the word at all, the attitude is indifferent. I do not recommend buying from them.

Excellent entrance, polite concierge, while I went to sign the documents - they washed my car and, in my opinion, even refueled it (when leaving, the fuel indicator began to show more fuel). I will recommend everyone to come here, especially foreigners who do not speak Russian.a pleasant , picturesque place . The only downside is that it's cold in winter - but that's the fault of the weather forecasters!!!

I bought a set for a 20" wheel fatbike. I haven't found it anywhere in Minsk except here. I've been riding for 3 years now with no problems at all. The battery has practically not degraded during this time. Happy as an elephant. I recommend.
