In principle, it is not poorly built, but there are a number of minor improvements.:
1) There is no paved road to the residential complex
2) The ramp angle is too steep
3) The elevator does not lift more than 6 people and does not go down to the parking lot
4) There is no possibility of entry from different sides, which is why you have to go around the house, the entrance is only from the side of the ramp!
5) There are few parking spaces and everyone is trying to park closer to the ramp
