I came to my appointment on the day of the appointment, and they told me, "You're not registered, the master is not working today." There was a very strange situation and the administrator did not provide any explanation.
I do not advise, I just asked to shorten my hair, showed in the photo how the haircut looked (so that it was clear what I want). As a result, instead of oblique bangs, they made a straight one. But it's okay, it seems to be smooth, it will grow up, I'll fix it.
Most importantly, while I was walking home, my hair dried up and a bunch of antennas appeared))))The wife was laughing and cleaning with scissors.

They grew my son's hair for half a year, they came to get a haircut, showed me a photo-the result was that all the hair was cut off for a typewriter, when I hardly got the administrator, he arranged an argument with me that it was a boy and the hair would grow back, I ask why they cut it like that, it turns out the hairdresser does not understand our language, just shrugs his shoulders. They didn't even apologize to the child's tears, he was crying and they were arguing. In my excitement, I forgot to make an entry for them in the complaint book.

We went to this "miracle barbershop" today and needed a man's haircut. 2 masters were busy. The receptionist told me to wait 5-10 minutes. The master was released about 5 minutes after we arrived. She sat down at the desk to the administrator and began to laugh. We sat there for 15 minutes. After that, I couldn't stand it and came over to ask how much longer we have to wait!? To which I was told that the master would still be busy for 30 minutes, and the one that was released from her client by appointment in 20 minutes. That's why they can't accept us. Make an appointment in advance! As a result, we went to another barbershop, the haircut took 7 minutes and passing by this barbershop we saw how this "master" was also sitting at the reception and laughing at the top of her voice! It's a disgusting place, just like the workers! I regretted that I did not write to the complaint book about the disgusting attitude towards customers and the refusal of the service! Just ugh!
