When I went to Expo Dubai, I hoped to see something similar to our VDNH. It turned out that there was absolutely nothing to do there. There is nothing to see, there is devastation in the remote corners of the Expo. I was very disappointed with the time spent.
This is an incredible, cosmic, delightful event, which I heartily recommend to visit. I especially liked the pavilion of Singapore, Kazakhstan, Terra, and in our Russian pavilion - I just couldn't hold back tears ... I felt proud of our minds! How cool they came up with everything! And people who leave negative comments here and write that they were bored - I'm sad for such ... I don't know what, but clearly something went wrong if, apart from food and shopping, a person is not interested in the rest… Dubai Expo- just turns the brain! Cute robots, new ideas, innovations are everywhere. They raise the topics of ecology and consumerism, among others.
Very beautiful in the evening! The shows are super beautiful! Music fire!
Especially the firebird got stuck !!!
I want to come and see what is currently there at the EXPO site!
An interesting place, but unfortunately the pavilions were not working during my visit (some kind of event was being prepared).
It's easy to get there - by metro. The terminal station is called Expo2020
We were at the beginning of June 2023, there is no one, 7 pavilions are open, we went around 4 in 5 hours, everything is very cool and everything turned out as individual excursions
Much more interesting than the Museum of the future or Aya
The whole world at Expo 2020 demonstrated the future of humanity and the technologies of the future. Russia has offered the brain of humanity! The influence of reason on the development of the world. What synapses, where and how impulses are transmitted to understand how thought works, and how it gives birth to an idea. The world through the eyes of animals: as seen by a shark, chameleon, horse...

Definitely go! Don't listen to the negative here, everything is cool there, there is something to see, queues are inevitable, as in any massively visited place. One day is not enough, 2-3 at least For drinks and food prices are high. There is something to see in every pavilion, people tried their best. There are a lot of people in our pavilion, little about people, more about corporations and the abstract brain. A variety of architecture and internal structure and design. We are very pleased that we visited, when else will you see this. Few photos, mostly videos
Unfortunately, many expositions are closed. But the place is atmospheric .

Like VDNKH but without Sobyanin. On Apr.23 - free entrance, free taxis, free light show in the central dome.
Everything is cool - starting from the metro station. 6 km of park paths with music. Several large playgrounds.
On the subway - an extra charge to the price for exiting the far zone.
Definitely worth a visit. The waterfall and the dome are above all praise.but the paid pavilions could not be visited. They work until 18 the last call is at 17.20
A great event. A decent organization. The best pavilion is in Russia. It's better not. I really liked it. Plus, there was the anniversary of the formation of the UAE - 50 years. The Arabs are great. Worthy holding of the event
It's an insanely beautiful place, but at the moment only 5 pavilions are working.
In summer it is better to drive only in the evening, in the afternoon and in the morning - it is very hot
To be honest, I expected more, on January 2, many interesting pavilions in Germany, England, the UAE, etc. were closed, but the ticket price did not change from this.
Everyone writes correctly, there are a lot of people, judging by the queues, it probably takes several hours to stand in some pavilions. It was also extremely unpleasant that while you are standing in a long queue, twice as many "freeloaders" pass through a special passage. For this, the organizers of the exhibition have a FAT minus. It was necessary to make the price for such a priority ticket from $ 1000 Who is really rich - he would have bought a VIP ticket at such a price.
From positive impressions, this is a huge queue at the pavilion of the Russian Federation, in the USA - less =)
I also liked the affordable prices for fast food for a quick snack. Exhibitions that take place in the exhibition centers of Moscow at the price of a snack at the exhibition are many times more expensive.
According to the content of the pavilions themselves, everything is SUPER! We really liked everything there! If it weren't for these herds that pass without a queue, we would have been standing in queues for minutes
for 20 and not more than an hour, and the evaluation of the exhibition would be not 3-4 but 5 +
We were at Expo 2020 itself, everything was very cool. If there have been no fundamental changes, then it is a wonderful place where you can take a walk and have a snack.

An interesting place, futuristic views, very beautiful and a relatively small number of visitors. Entrance to the pavilions is paid, for 50 dirhams per person, or you can pay for a visit to 5 pavilions with an open taxi for 200 dirhams. You can walk without visiting the pavilions
Quite an interesting place. But in fact, a set of different videos on the screens in all pavilions, with a story / stories about plans for the future. Children are probably interested.
I was very impressed by the dome on the main square, when there is a performance, and the pavilion of India.
After the expo, many pavilions of the countries remained, but unfortunately they are closed and it is impossible to get inside. The territory is large and generally similar to VDNH.
It resembles a modern version of VDNH. Only at VDNKh it is green and fountains, but here there is more glass. It's more interesting in the evening than in the afternoon, but there are a lot more people. For $ 13 it's fine, you can take a walk) The content was not very interesting - when I was in these countries live, well, or read/If I looked about them, then there will be nothing new in general, and the purpose of the exhibition is education
Five days at the Expo! We flew there on purpose, to be inspired, to be surprised. A delight for the eyes, architectural creations of the geniuses of our time: Santiago Calatrava, Norman Foster! Five days, kilometers ... not all pavilions are of course interesting, most are duplicated, the presentation of information on the screens, the meaning is almost the same about the protection of nature, etc ... but Wow from what is happening, of course there is… Super pavilions: Pakistan, Luxembourg, Sweden, Russia, Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Czech Republic, Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Austria, Australia, Germany, UK... and the main Mobility with giant wax figures… Come enjoy the architecture, special effects…
This is incredibly cool! I recommend it. But keep in mind that 190 countries are represented at the EXPO. In 8 hours I went around only 10 pavilions. To visit the EXPO, you need a PCR 72 hours action. Therefore, it is necessary to go the next day after arrival. For Emirates and FLY DUBAI passengers, the ticket to the EXPO is free. You will find it in the airline's personal account. Have a good time to you!
We decided to relax for a week in Dubai. The fact that EXPO 2020 is taking place here was a pleasant surprise (we did not track Dubai events in advance). Visited today. There was no doubt that from the point of view of the overall organization, Dubai will do everything right, and there is probably nothing to find fault with here. But there is a feeling of wasted time and unfulfilled expectations . First of all, the meaning of this exhibition is not clear, if in the 19th and 20th centuries, it was probably one of the few ways to tell about yourself, share achievements, then why does such a format exist in the age of digitalization and the Internet, when you can get any information about everything, in a much larger volume than the limited the format of the exhibition pavilion - ??? For example, the pavilion of China. The fact that the country is actively being built, digitalized and has ambitions in space is known even without visiting their pavilion at the EXPO. What do you learn new about this from the pictures on the monitors ? Believe me, nothing. The fact that the center of the exhibition is a simulator of a high-speed train cabin that accelerates to 350 km per hour is no longer interesting, there are faster trains in the world, this is news from yesterday or for countries where super high-speed trains can accelerate only to 200 km per hour. The Russian pavilion looks unusual, braided with multicolored pipes with a traditional matryoshka doll in front of the entrance. Many enter to listen to a short lecture from the installation - talking brain that communication and collaboration are very important for society and immediately leave. There was no one in the hall where the raw materials capabilities of the Primorsky Territory were demonstrated, nor did I see any interest in souvenirs and even Putin Team tracksuits. Having stood in line at the German pavilion, they took part in interactive events held in children's educational entertainment centers, such as Imaginarium, dedicated to nature conservation, ecology, alternative energy sources. The fact that many Western countries are confused by this was known even without visiting the German pavilion at the EXPO… In general, any other pavilion, and there were several others, including the host country, left a question - they were absolutely not impressed. If you want to learn about the history of any country, its interesting places, geography, tourism - open the Internet and see, there is much more information than you will get at the exhibition. The same is true about the directions of the country's development. I think that the format of such exhibitions "live" will come to naught both in terms of the return of funds invested in the pavilions and in terms of information efficiency.
Tickets were given for free at the airport, and that was the end of the good. Money for the construction was leaked overdraft. Queues of 30 minutes to decent pavilions. Inside there are televisions and projectors and nothing else. The Chinese have a plastic toy car body and photos of rovers - PPTs, there is nothing more to show, and well, LEDs fall out and broken pixels. Brazil - a puddle of water and projectors. Singapore potted plants and projectors.
People are breaking into the pavilions of resource-producing countries, everyone has understood everything about our future.
Like it. Good organization. We were with the child for 10 months. It was possible to walk in almost all pavilions with a wheelchair. Toilets and children's rooms are clean. The program is interesting.
You can watch it. Long queues and some pavilions. Not all pavilions are interesting, read the description online in advance. There are regular free flights for ticket holders from different bus stations. For FlyDubai passengers, tickets are free on the FlyDubai website. Emirates is possible too.
Visited Expo2020 today. Say nothing about anything .nothing to say . There is nothing interesting, even the son said: there is not even anything technological. I took a ticket for three days . But more than 3 hours here is not even interesting . Just food sites and that 's it . Food is food everywhere . Thailand and Germany pavilions are more or less interesting . Nothing else .wasted time. One of the advantages , like everything in Dubai , is organization and cleanliness 👍🏻
Must see, in short)), but to see at least a small part of the exhibition, you need to allocate 2-3 days. Everything is perfectly organized, there are queues, especially in steep pavilions, get ready to stand for about an hour, but it's worth it.
It would be better to invest money in the disposal of garbage on the planet , cleaning the oceans and seas from garbage , the Maldives are drowning in garbage , everyone loves to go crazy there , without thinking about the flora and fauna that people have rigidly polluted .. (
And no one is surprised by piles of metal and light shows . This exhibition is useless for the world and people
