I recommend this workshop.
I found them in 2021 and still only trust them.
I've read the negative reviews and it feels like the competitors are messing up), because I've been here many times. I brought home appliances, gardening, and construction equipment for repairs.... I recommended them to friends, acquaintances, colleagues, and neighbors - everyone is happy and I have never heard any negative comments about them.
Polite, pleasant communication, qualified advice.
The price is always not expensive, I have never compared prices.
They always say honestly that if something is no longer worth repairing, it is better to buy a new one, this is important to me.
Anyway, I'm really glad that I found them one day.
And, by the way, after the repair, they also give recommendations and advice.

The chainsaw broke (the motor jammed). And the tillerblock I had was not serviceable for 2 years (a problem with the engine and gearbox).
The tillerblock was taken to two organizations in the end, they did not help me.I'm already upset.I was thinking about buying a new one.
I turned to this organization with a chainsaw (they brought me firewood, unloaded it on the road and they really interfered with the train cars.I urgently needed to remove them.) I explained the situation in the workshop and asked to repair the chainsaw as soon as possible.
I bought a chainsaw in the morning for lunch , they called me back on diagnostics , explained what the matter was , how much it costs . we have agreed everything .I've already picked her up for tomorrow at 10 a.m. I sawed everything in a week .I was very pleased with the repair of the chainsaw, so I decided to call and ask about the tillerblock.As a result, I brought it to the workshop, the guys restored the engine, the box and fully serviced it.
I was VERY PLEASED WITH the sewing workshop!!!!Well done guys!!!!!They helped a lot.I ADVISE EVERYONE!!!!! Thank you again very much. WELL DONE!!! If I have to, I will apply.Good luck to you !!!

I was repairing a welding inverter. (constantly cooked at high currents). I waited almost three weeks for the miracle worker to correct it and announce the cost of repairs. After 5 calls with questions "well, what is it?" they replied that the repair would cost 280re (the new device cost 340re at that time). After five minutes of thought, he refused to repair it.
The result: in another workshop, the repair cost 45 re. And they told the miracle worker that the equipment should not be broken after refusing repair (the IGBT transistor was broken).

To say that this is a disgusting service is to say nothing. Not only do they lie at every step without a twinge of conscience, it is almost impossible to get through. It was only after threats and scandal that the issue was somehow resolved. It's just terrible!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!

We applied on December 28, 2022 for the repair of the St Max 395 paint machine. As usual, the master who accepted the equipment promised to do everything quickly and efficiently. And then silence.... Since January 4, 2023, we have been regularly trying to contact at least someone from this company using the phone numbers that have been set aside for us. We wrote them all the letters, Telegrams, and even sent a letter to the post office. However, all attempts were unsuccessful. We went to their workshop several times and studied the lock on the door very carefully. As a result, neither repairs nor the painting apparatus itself. The only solution to the problem that comes to mind is to contact the police for help in finding and returning illegally held property.

It's just awful!!!! The price tag is twice or even three times higher than in the official service!!!!
The quality of the work is unsatisfactory!!!
And there is a lot of one star for them.
And now more specifically, I called and asked if they would make a compressor... The repair is just a replacement of the gasket, which takes 15 minutes. I didn't do it myself, because there were no gaskets.
I asked if they would do it on the day of acceptance, and they replied that yes. On the day of acceptance, I arrived in the evening before closing to pick up, the compressor is standing, but it is disassembled.
I had to leave it with them.
They called back only on the 3rd day and announced the amount for repairs in 75 rubles. Although before the repair they promised to call and agree on the amount, which was not done!!!
75p for penny pads and 15 minutes of work.
The gaskets were not original, but the most penny ones!!!
Anyway, a complete divorce!!!
