That he lives in Dubai and comes to the technopark for 2 months and rides an ATV around his possessions. Of the "innovations" nothing works there, everything is just in words and poor layouts. Horses will be shown to you and lakes with fish where you can fish, not for free of course. The parking lot is also poor. We barely parked.

Apparently, the owners of this complex understand this well, so, apparently, they decided to focus on creating a full-fledged recreation center.
Here now you can rent quite a nice house with all the amenities, organize a corporate party, eat in a cafe, fish or just cook a barbecue and relax in nature next to the lake.
A lot has been done to organize children's leisure activities. They won't be bored here for sure.
One of the disadvantages is the location (far from Minsk and major highways). Prices. For example, you can not release the caught fish, it must be redeemed, and the price of the same small sturgeon, which is impossible to look at without tears and it is useless, but you will have to pay, if I am not mistaken, 25 rubles per kilo. They also ask for incredible money for local "eco-products", so it's better to take food with you). Security. Personally, I had a feeling that I was not in the recreation area, but in the real zone, well, or in the Half-Life game (if you know what I mean ;) and the passage of the level is about to begin) I understand safety comes first, but it looks like you're overreacting a little.
