I'll start from the beginning. On 11.12.2022, a master came to us for the treatment of bedbugs, the "inspection" began, so superficial that it was a little funny, well, nothing, the man was in a hurry, what should he now inspect qualitatively?🤷🏻♂️
I examined ONLY the sleeping place (ecosept, information for your employees, possible places of movement and life of bedbugs: sofas, beds, etc., baseboards, wallpaper, tulle, crevices, various kinds of furniture, in fact it does not matter where, the main thing is about 2-5m from the feeding place, for a note😉). Well, let's say I processed it (9-15 minutes), just a quick wizard, of course… He said: individuals can climb out for another 10-12 days, m, no problem, PROFESSIONALS. When they came home to open the windows, there is no smell from the product (although they ordered with a smell), live bedbugs, although they directly fell under the product, on a call on the same day, that is, on the day of their contract (by the way, it is concluded one day, delicious)we were told to expect, but about the smell: the master mixed up the remedy))))), "professionalism", I already found out about their resistance to the drug and asked: So maybe they have it? No, wait, and let them breed. We waited, the bedbugs felt great, they called, they told us to wait, just wait. On 12/20/2022, my wife called, explained that they were crawling, they were still there, they didn't really feel something, to which they said: "well, maybe they have a resistor, well, we need a second one, and we'll spend maybe 30, MAYBE"
Thank you, of course, but if you need a resistor again There will be 3 and 4 and 5, classic…
And this will be the last date on which, on their recommendation, processing should be carried out, which they MAY come to, I understand🤨
But they offered a 30% discount, and they didn't really want to correct their mistakes WHEN THEY CALLED THEM ON THE SAME DAY DURING THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THEIR CONTRACT AND SAID THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG.
Of course, I am not a candidate of sciences, not a biologist, I just learned information from open sources and something tells me that it was wasted money.
I will clarify: I was ready for two treatments, professionals say that with the RIGHT one is usually enough (ecosept also says that in 87% of cases one is enough), but I understood that for safety it is better to carry out the second one. I did everything after processing in accordance with the instructions. It's sad not so much for the money spent, but for the time in which they still have time to breed and grow…
On 12/23/2022, there was a second treatment, and here's a joke: they treated it again with the SAME ACTIVE SUBSTANCE, which the bedbugs already resisted, that is, they got used to it, I asked the master about the warranty - they evade the answer)))
Their managers have now started saying that it's because we have a lot of bedbugs. So, ecosept, the day before the treatment, the wallpaper in the room was removed, there was no large population of bedbugs, but a LIVE and healthy bedbug was found on the seam of the sofa and this is on the 12th day, when they should already die according to your statement, but we all understand that I brought it in the palm of my hand, really the ecosept team?)
At the moment, I'll call again tomorrow, I'll demand a refund, for which, here are a couple of points: the parasite's resistance was not taken into account (I don't think this is my job), poor-quality inspection, work carelessly, attempts to tighten and only multiply the colony, mistakes of the masters that cost us time.
But, OF COURSE, I have such a huge colony that they even carry me to sleep (although even if so, the ecosept is fighting this, no?🤨), and in general, I did everything wrong, I also had to catch and eat them myself. In general, I understand that the money will not be returned to me, they will feed me with breakfasts and promises, they will come up with 100 more reasons, so I will contact the state consumer protection authorities, or the court and the prosecutor's office, I work in these structures myself and understand how this is done. Thanks to ecosept, for the best treatment ❤
Someone will ask: why not demand a free third processing?
Answer: seeing how they work, there is no desire to do this, and I also do not need their new excuses for which they will not owe anything to anyone. I will look for another company, and I will return the money I gave just out of principle)

An irresponsible company that is engaged in deceiving customers. They called us in order to get rid of the rats in the office. They promised a one-year warranty on the phone. As a result: a young man arrived with bags of poison, recommended that they be scattered in places where rats walk. He said that the remedy mummifies rodents and there will be no smell. This point was fundamental for us and was mentioned several times. We did everything according to the recommendations. A few days later, there is a terrible stench in the office, a rat lies somewhere inside the wall, it is impossible to find, work too. The representative of Ecosept said on the phone that she did not know who was dead, they had nothing to do with it and advised to ventilate the room. I will add that our company paid 200 rubles for the service of deratization of the premises, the market value of 1 kg of poison is 15-20 rubles. Plus, rodents continue to walk around the office. A great business for unscrupulous businessmen!

Our attempts to poison on our own had an incomplete and short-term effect. And a surprise in the form of a fleeing red monster could be found almost everywhere.
And then we decided to contact Ecosept. There was hope, but I couldn't quite believe it.
Our case was neglected, so it took three specialist visits. And they came to us all the way to Grodno. It seems to me that the third time the poison has already affected the insects in the entire entrance.
The last pest control was in July. We have been living a normal life for six months now. I don't have to throw out food in bundles and wake everyone up screaming in the middle of the night because someone is crawling over me.

I applied to the company with a request to destroy woodworms and small bugs (the company's specialists looked at them and identified them as leatherworms) in a private house. The first visit of the specialists was like an examination. We looked at it and said, "This is not the first time we have come across this. Everything will be OK." They gave recommendations on sealing, even asked to seal up the drain holes in the bathroom and in the kitchen!!! They were treated with magphosphine. We mothballed the house for 12 days. After 12 days, the company arrived and collected the remains of the chemical. We looked around the house, it seems that we can't hear any sounds from the woodworms, there are no leatherworms in sight. But in the evening there was a "crackling" from the beams, and the next day small bugs appeared. The result of the work does not even pull one star. I can mention 2 points that speak about, as they say, the mission of the company and the competence of the staff.
1. The area of the house is 270 squares and it was possible to identify several zones where beetles lived. This would amount to 50% of the total area and, accordingly, would reduce the cost of the service by 50%. But no, the representatives of the company said "We need to process everything." Nothing personal, just business...
2. When we drew up the contract and indicated that the beetles were skin-eaters, I clarified "Are you sure?". The answer was "Yes." Subsequently, I gave them to the laboratory and it turned out to be "Khrushchak bulavousy". Who were the guys fighting? It's not clear. Professionalism tends to zero.
