Very nice hosts, responsive and friendly. A special feature is a small cute dog in a vest with the inscription "Hotel employee". In general, it is quiet, cozy, there are air conditioners, but it is better to take breakfast with you or go to a cafe. There is a park near the hotel where you can take a walk. For this price, I think it's a good accommodation option.
