I am sharing a review about a vacation at the Eco-Park guest house in the village of Ldzaa (Pitsunda)
. We had a rest in September 2024. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes to the sea, on the way to the sea there is a pharmacy, shops, an amazing "boat" at the girl at the intersection of Agrba street and Lidzavskoe sh., we walked / walked to the center of Pitsunda (slowly 20-30 minutes). New room stock, rooms are clean, linen is fresh, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything is as described. A wonderful green yard, as written below with fruits and herbs (according to the season). The sea is turquoise, very clean and warm, the beach is different from large pebbles to sand (I recommend taking sneakers for swimming), dolphins are real. The air is amazing (sea + Pitsunda pine) in the shade of which you can lie all day.
And I agree with those who wrote below, the owners of this guest house, Robert and Inessa, left a special impression. They meet like their friends, respond promptly to all questions, surrounded with care and hospitality. I would like to note separately that evening feasts are gatherings by agreement, with fascinating stories about Abkhazia, traditions, and people.
Toasts are a special kind of art – it's just a song! And of course chacha (my husband appreciated it)
And to everyone who rested with us, I would like to say thank you: Katya and Yura (Ufa), Maxim and Ira, Lyudmila and Alexander, Sergey and Irina (Voronezh), a large family from Saratov, guys from Yekaterinburg. Thanks for a great vacation! We will definitely come back!

The location of the guest house is just perfect — to the center of Pitsunda, an excellent cafe where you can eat delicious food if you do not plan to cook, grocery stores and the beach are just around the corner.
The rooms are new, clean, with air conditioning, smart TV, cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere (there are even individual slippers for guests)— it really feels like home here.
The courtyard deserves special attention: spicy herbs and fruits grow everywhere, and the owner generously treats his guests with this wealth. Everything is fresh and incredibly tasty, adds a special flavor to the rest.
The owners of the house are real masters of hospitality! In addition to the fact that they surround their guests with care, they also cook excellent chacha) According to local reviews, she is one of the best in the village here. I can't confirm it personally, because I don't drink. But the roommates were delighted with the treats.
If you are looking for a place for a cozy vacation in Abkhazia, be sure to stay here — you will definitely like the atmosphere of hospitality, cleanliness and real southern flavor!

I really liked everything, the hotel is new. The hosts are hospitable people, new rooms with a refrigerator and air conditioning, a summer kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishes. The beach is 7 minutes away at a leisurely pace. The price and quality of the hotel is very attractive.
