A great place to relax! Good location — close to the beach, there are many cafes and a large market where you can buy fruits or souvenirs) In the courtyard there is a barbecue, gazebo, barbecue, kitchen, cozy veranda in each room) the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. A friendly atmosphere — they will always help and tell you what to see, how to get through, etc. Thanks for the hospitality, I liked everything 🙌🏻

A disgusting place to stay. Among the disadvantages - the lack of a TV in the room, the floors were terribly squeaky, there was no sound insulation (all the conversations and rustles of the neighbors could be heard), towels and bed linen were not changed all 7 days of stay, toilet paper soap and shampoo were not provided, dim light in the room, the neighbor's dog howled every night, there is no room cleaning. The room has a shabby table with two terrible chairs. I do not recommend this place for recreation.

Good. The place is convenient. The sea is a 5-minute walk away. The market is not far away, shops, canteens are all within walking distance. It's almost the center of Gagra. The staff is helpful. wifi is normal.
One of the disadvantages is audibility, there is no sound insulation. Well, it wasn't so critical for me. But if the neighbors have a small child, take heart)

Good location. The market is nearby. Minibuses are nearby. A taxi is nearby. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, the cleaner beach is 20 minutes away. The dolphinarium is nearby. That's all. Eco houses are one- and two-storey frame buildings. Each with its own veranda, table and chairs, you can use dryers, a washing machine, a shared kitchen with dishes, a shared table. There is no TV in the rooms, there is Wi-Fi. There is a shared TV outside. We were settled on the first floor of a two-storey house and it was hell (( one hundred percent audibility. We had neighbors with children upstairs. The neighbors were changing, but the situation was not. Also, our room was the last one to the stairs adjacent to the wall. and the children, running down the street, were sure to run into their room a hundred times a day. Top top top non stop. My four-year-old daughter could hardly fall asleep, what to say about us adults. We were going to rest and get a banal sleep, for two weeks we did not sleep properly. The sea also failed, it was cold. They asked the owner about moving, he said that there were no available rooms. Timur, the owner of the hotel, is a good host, but unfortunately he is often absent. Accordingly, there is not much order. The residents who have settled in often behave like they are on their own personal plot, listening loudly to music late into the night and not caring that everyone has children around, and everyone has paid for this vacation. It's sad that no one could interact with them on behalf of the hotel. As for cleaning, everything is on a voluntary basis, you can do it yourself, you can ask Saida, she is very responsible about her work and is generally a pleasant girl. The hotel has a lot of visitors with children who like to arrange catch-up from 8 a.m. to late at night, keep this in mind when choosing a holiday without children. Ants were found in the houses. The rooms are small. Just to lie down and sleep. The room has a bed, a sofa, a mini fridge, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. From household products, only soap, toilet paper. Wi-Fi.

A good place , the houses are clean , everything you need is provided !Everything is within walking distance , canteens ,shops ,sea ,market.I would like to say a special thank you to the owner of the hotel, they are trying, they are developing, all issues are solved at once!In the Krasnodar Territory, the service is much worse, even in expensive hotels, but here everything is homely, very cozy!

The houses are thin, cars are behind the wall and conversations can be heard like at home, you can't reach the WiFi, the mattress is worthless, Renk got a folding sofa - which transforms into a piece of foam rubber on the floor. For 4 days, the owners did not bother to appear to take money for accommodation, before leaving they had to run around looking for where to put the money
