They change old dollars, the exchange rate is certainly not very high (33.8), but I have not found a better one in this area. Plus, the staff is always polite, unlike another exchanger nearby where money is almost thrown on the floor.

The most unfavorable exchange rate of rubles for a lira is 5.5 rubles for 1 lira. It is highly overpriced, it can be found many times cheaper. I do not recommend an exchange
