Although my favorite jewelry store, all the jewelry is from there, but yesterday's incident dramatically changed my attitude. On the 16th, I ordered two different earrings. I've been waiting for more than 3 weeks. My mother took the order. The mother said that the consultants themselves say that they confuse the earrings on the left and right sides. And they used it on her, they said that everything was OK. I came home and saw that the earring, which is on the right ear, turned out to be on the left. I'm calling in the morning to sort out the situation. The seller, as soon as she heard, immediately became aggressive. I said I'd come and show you. I arrived an hour later, and I show myself that the earring I ordered for my right ear turned out to be on my left. The seller immediately started accusing me that I had ordered the earring incorrectly. Although, in all papers it is indicated as the right one. I asked to show on myself, or on me, how this earring will sit in my ear if it does not fit. In response, I received a refusal. They changed the earring to the right one, but with a kind of favor. A year ago I ordered the same one, but in a trio, also on the right. There was no such situation there. It is a pity that because of aggressive sellers who do not know how to admit their mistakes, a favorite store turns into a negative one.
