A private hotel with a shared kitchen. The rooms are small, with amenities. The sea is just behind the gate👍 The beach is wide and pebbly. Not equipped. Along the shore, the Boxwood Grove boarding house is 300 meters away. Very friendly hostess!

Three stars only for the proximity to the sea and for the quiet almost deserted beach and clear sea. Otherwise, there are no words. I will not come to this place again. There are three stars in the name and on the basis of what they appear there is unclear.

A disgusting guest house. The owners save on everything,the plumbing is terrible, old,everything creaks,smells damp,furniture creaks,uncomfortable beds,the kitchen is terrible,two electric stoves with two burners,terrible old dishes,there is no dishwasher,so many guests, but there are no basic conditions,a washing machine is paid. This is disrespectful to their guests, people will not come here again, of the advantages only the sea is close, and there are plenty of good housing around, do not settle here, spoil your vacation.

- there are grocery stores nearby (in one of the shops, you can book excursions)
- the room has air conditioning, TV, shower, toilet
- the hosts are hospitable

- parking for cars right in the yard, under video surveillance
-there is a shared refrigerator for storing food
- clear sea
Of the cons:
- the rooms are old
- the beds are old, they creak
- it is expensive to eat in the dining room at the hotel, it is cheaper to eat in the city
- there is a cafe nearby where music plays loudly at night
- there is no infrastructure ( for entertainment and beautiful views you need to go to other cities )
- the beach is not equipped
For a family of 4 people, we rented a 2-room room, for 5 days.
According to the general impressions of myself and my family, I put 4, but with a stretch.

The guest house is good, there are minor flaws, but not critical ones. The price of a room for 3 people is 2500 rubles, which is cheaper than in the center. The place is quiet, not crowded. The sea is 150 meters away, clean but cool, as a river flows nearby and the water is mixed. That's why I took off the asterisk. I went by car to the beach nearby after 2-3 km, where the water is homogeneous and feels warmer by a couple of degrees. In general, I recommend those who drive by car. The view from the room.

Booked 2 weeks in advance by phone. We arrived and settled in without any problems. Nice guest house. The sea is nearby, a minute walk away. On-site parking. The rooms are any of your choice. We rented a 2-room apartment. The room has a shower, toilet, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. The Internet is flying. The yard is cozy. There is a kitchen to cook for yourself and a cafe on site. Warmth of communication, cordial welcome, delicious dishes!

The hosts are friendly, the prices may be slightly lower than everywhere else. At least they gave in to us. The prices in the cafe are too high. But there, if you want, take it.... The beach is nearby. Not very clean, but within the normal range. The sea is clear. In general, the credit.

Do not book this place in advance, we booked it in June, agreed, called and asked, everything was fine. Then upon arrival, they refer to the fact that they cannot meet us, they got there themselves, it turned out that they had doubled the price and our rooms were already occupied at that price... As a result, we took the amount of the reservation and went to look for another place... The place itself is far from all events, there are no normal shops in the vicinity, it was our first time in Abkhazia and the attitude of this particular institution was very disappointing. We found a place nearby for half the price.

I didn't like it. The room has disappeared with dampness, the walls and ceiling are so thin, you can make out what they are talking about, and when the children start running at 6 in the morning, there is fire in general!!

Three races and then over the sea, the owners are lazy like all Abkhazians, although I will not vouch for all of them. No respect for my guests, I would be ashamed to put people in such rooms, but I had no choice, now if I go to Abkhazia, then not to the locals! The sea is wonderful, the nature is great. The cognac is delicious!
