The most horrible experience that I ever had. We booked a tour to Sanya , China for 8 nights at hotel Palm Beach Resort and what a mistake it was. We arrived at 2am and were ready to pay for early check in. They didn’t have our room available and offered a room that was not suitable for 3 us to have a nap so we refused to stay in it. The night shift receptionist promised to give us the room we booked between 9 and 10 am. When we came over to reception at 9am the new shift told us, that room will be ready at 12pm. At the same time there were already 2 families at reception that booked the same room type as we did and had the same issue. No room available. The guide representing tour operator tried offering us other rooms that were in horrible condition: dirt, dust, cracks and mold on the walls and even beds, terrible smell just the part of experience. Lies about the room: it’s under congratulation, some Chinese people haven’t moved out yet, etc.. why is it my problem? Closer to 12 pm we were told that the room we booked will be ready TOMORROW!!! How about that? We asked for transfer to another hotel of equal level and guess what they tried to do? Transfer us to a hotel half the price we paid! When we asked for a phone call to the head office it their company, they just started completely ignoring us and not giving us a phone call. Stay away from this hotel and the Edem Travel Hainan company. The hotel is trash not even close to 3 stars, the guides that supposed to help, only looking to make money on you and not help at all.

P.S. after we finally signed the paper that we move out of their hotel on our own he promised to get information on how we get back the refund for the hotel. The next day when we asked what about our money, he answered there is no money, he knows nothing about it and called me a Fool on the phone. All the best to this guide and thanks a lot for great experience we got during our vacation.
The guide has a t-shirt on with “biblio globus” logo, but these two companies work together so be aware of both.
