I would like to share my pleasant impressions about the mini-hotel "Eden". The service of the staff is at the highest level!!!
Very close to the city center, most of the attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel has a family holiday, after the excursions we returned neither to the hotel, but to our home!!!
The rooms were immaculate, clean and comfortable.
First of all, I would like to thank the hotel administrator, Tina. I ask you, if possible, to thank her for her conscientious attitude to her work. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts and lunches.
I wish you continued prosperity, calm guests and all the best.
In turn, I will recommend your hotel to friends and comrades. And I will be glad to come back to you again.

A lovely guest house. Clean, cozy, you can order breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Everything is very tasty and at affordable prices. The courtyard is well maintained, there is a lot of greenery, special thanks for the tables in the courtyard, it is very pleasant to have breakfast outdoors. Thanks to Tina, who settled us and accepted us, was always in touch and took into account the individual preferences of each of our group.

I really liked everything, the beautiful and inexpensive apartments, the inexpensive and delicious breakfasts, and even the lunches. A large living room with a TV and a large table where you can have breakfast and lunch. There is also a kitchen where you can cook something yourself.

The best place is in Tskhinvali. We felt at home, everything was very nice and cozy. Tina will tell you what, where, where, and how she cooks, it's very tasty!!!!
The food is great, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is also clean. A huge plus is that there is a place where you can sit outdoors, with music, with a spotlight for movies. The owner Hamlet is a sincere and wonderful person. A place where you want to come back!!!

We had a rest with friends, we liked everything, the hostess is wonderful, the food is just super, I didn't even want to look for another place to eat! Thanks ☺️)) we lived on the second floor, the rooms are clean, the repair is good, there is a lot of space, the restroom, although common, is comfortable, there is an excellent gazebo and tables under a canopy on the street. For companies of 6+ people: rent the entire second floor so that no one gets hooked and you will be happy)

We stayed at the Eden and did not regret it. Spacious, clean, homely rooms. Here you can also order delicious lunches at a very reasonable price. A wonderful woman, Tina, met us and accompanied us for all four days. The hotel is located almost in the city center.

Great place!
Wonderful manager Tina! A clean, cozy large courtyard with a canopy, where there are tables for sitting. Tina cooked very tasty hinkals and lula. Cars were parked in the yard.

Super cool hotel, if you are looking for accommodation in Tskhinvali, then this is 10 out of 10,convenient location (center),fresh renovation,clean courtyard,there is everything you need (and a washing machine,and a barbecue, and where to spend the evening)Administrators are simply the best (they will tell you everything, show you, advise you, help you with any question)there is also someone who cooks food, you can order dishes that will be prepared for you, the prices are the lowest and the attitude is like to native people)I hope we will come again!)Good luck and prosperity to this city and this hotel!(guests from Krasnodar)

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Everything is great!. The hotel is clean, with fresh renovation and new furniture. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Hospitable and polite staff, however, as well as the whole of South Ossetia. We rented a luxury room. The room has disposable slippers and all bathroom accessories. The convenient location of the hotel. I recommend it for living. Thanks to the hotel staff for the Caucasian hospitality!

Among the advantages- the hotel is located near the center, freshly renovated, new furniture.Among the features-there is one shared bathroom for three rooms, a complete absence of electrical outlets.On the downside, if you value your health, or even life itself, do not eat their food.You will have to take out the trash yourself, clean the room and the bathroom. Don 't believe the staff! There are many shops around with delicious and safe food!

They came to their son for the oath from 12.01-16.01.2024. The room was booked on the way to Tskhinvali via Whatsapp. We were warmly welcomed and offered several rooms to choose from. We stayed in a triple room on the second floor. There are three rooms on the floor (2, 3 and 4 people), a hall with a large table and a seating area with satellite TV, wi-fi, a kitchen set with an electric kettle and a microwave, you can cook yourself or order from the hostess, they cook delicious. In the shower room there is an additional washing machine and a hairdryer. We had a good rest. We recommend the mini-hotel Eden.

We came to our son for the oath on 06.08.2023 and it so happened that we did not have time to book anything in advance(.But on the way to the part we saw this hotel, and despite the fact that the time was 6.30, the hostess answered the call herself and welcomed us hospitably.We checked into a great 4-bed room.The room is cool, with new furniture, clean linen.The bathroom is also clean!The staff is friendly.They also cook very tasty here!If we manage to visit this city again, then we will definitely stay only There!!!
