I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Eden store for their efficiency, kindness and high quality of work! I ordered balloons and toys in addition to a birthday present for the children! They helped me find just the perfect option, they delivered it on time! Balls and toys look even cooler in person than in the photo! I am very happy, and so are the children! I wish your store prosperity and more grateful customers.
Oh, well, my husband decided to surprise me by ordering a bouquet from this store. Honestly, I was expecting something special, but it didn't work out very well... The bouquet turned out to be completely different from the one in the photo, and the flowers were already tired, and a couple of roses began to crumble the next day. My husband was upset, because he wanted the best. At least the Scandinavian cake saved the situation, it was unexpected and very pleasant! The taste is awesome, especially with salmon. But in terms of colors, I expected more, but it turned out so-so. The delivery, however, arrived on time, but if the quality of the flowers had been as good, then the impressions would have been different.
On September 9, 2024, at 11 a.m., I placed an order for the delivery of a bouquet (for some reason, the moderators did not publish photos of the bouquet that I wanted to order, so I will not be able to compare it) for my wife on the anniversary. The delivery was supposed to be carried out from 18:00 to 20:00. At 17:20, a photo of the bouquet was sent for approval, which was collected by the florist (in the attached photos). For obvious reasons, I said that I was not satisfied with their option and asked them to assemble a bouquet according to the sketch on the website. In response, I was asked if I would like to cancel the order and was informed that the florist had made a bouquet of her available flowers, that the composition of the completed bouquet contained the same flowers as on the website, the color scheme was slightly different. They cannot collect a bouquet the same as on the website, since not all flowers are identical. Then they offered completely different bouquets as an alternative (a disgrace, not bouquets), and then they began to force me to cancel the order, which I did. I do not recommend these florists, wasted time, especially on useless correspondence with a person who does not understand the differences between bouquets in photos.
