The quality of the rooms does not match the price. The sofas are stained, the carpet is stained too, the water from the shower hose is splashing in all directions. We survived for a day.
I will write point by point .
1. There is no wheelchair or disabled access.
2. There is no sound insulation in the hotel, a man is brawling on the 5th floor, we cannot sleep on the third.
3. In the corridors in normal hotels, a carpet is specially laid so that you can't hear how they walk, but the doors are cardboard.
4. The kitchen is a failure. When you arrive on vacation, having paid a lot of money, you expect something .... you get pasta according to the fleet. Damn, we eat at home every day. But the breakfast was justly good.
5. The prices for additional services are crazy. That is, massage, etc.
6. Pay for the playground for children, in other hotels for free.
7. The service is weak, to put it mildly.
8. The pool is small. I came, they told me:
- only in an hour you can come in, there are a lot of people. There are no rubber tracks around the edges, it's slippery, my son fell and smashed his face.
9. There is no alcohol in the hotel itself. You either have to order from a restaurant, where it is expensive, or go to the store.
10. To walk along the shore of the lake, you need to walk half a kilometer.
11. In a hotel, you don't feel like you're in nature at all.
12. THE HUGE PLUS OF THIS HOTEL IS IN ITS LIBRARY. IT'S JUST A MASTERPIECE. THE LIBRARY IS WORTHY OF ALL PRAISE. THERE ARE VERY INTERESTING BOOKS and a cool atmosphere.
P.S. I wish the whole hotel was made with a soul, like a library.

But there is not much choice. Porridge, butter, tea, sausage, cheese, fried eggs, some vegetables. That's all. The Kokshetau Park Hotel is much better. But at the same time, there are places during rush hour. The beach is nearby, 5 minutes on foot. You can walk for a couple of minutes and choose another place. The central market is 150 meters away. Shops are also nearby. There are 4-5 gazebos with mangalas. It costs 5000 for 3 hours, but you can ask not to expel. There are ready-made logs and a pipe around the corner, so there are no problems with ignition. There is a sauna and a swimming pool. The game room becomes a hothouse in hot weather. 8-10 people are allowed into the pool per hour. The room has a conder, a balcony, but not all of them.
