We tested this place, the waiter who met us was polite enough, was nearby, but unobtrusive. The interior is very pleasant and calm. As for the dishes, we were surprised by the rolls, we tried a lot in Minsk, but here they were very tasty, fresh, fish was felt in Philadelphia. Poke is also good. Pork is somehow uninteresting, just sweet pork. In general, we would have returned.
P.S. It was good to add cocktails to the menu, the bar seems to be there, there are no cocktails. And I would like to add a couple of beers, I understand that the main feature is wine, but still :)

My wife and I decided to celebrate Valentine's Day in this wonderful establishment and we did not lose out, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is top-notch, all the dishes are not very tasty and at an affordable price. Probably the worst place in the whole of Novaya Borovaya. Of the advantages, you can single out delicious guncans, and that's probably all.
Unnecessarily expensive water. When you order water, the waiters do not warn you that they will bring water for 11 rubles, although there is water on the menu for 5 rubles. In general, water should be free in establishments of this format. In the same Culprit, they will bring it to you for free and will constantly update the decanter.
Double cappuccino for 12 rubles. Where such a price was invented from is a huge mystery, and perhaps a comment is superfluous.
The food is mediocre, but generally edible.
The cuisine is more focused on Asian dishes, but the interior turned out to be some kind of a hodgepodge.
In general, the result is that you can go once every six months, and then when there is nowhere else to go.

We went to test the new facility. The waiter Arseny is super, there are no questions for him. According to the dishes: we ordered a salad with duck - it seems delicious, but aesthetically so-so; tom yam - not spicy enough for me and there was not enough rice for the soup; noodles with chicken - chicken stupidly boiled and not at all spicy, as stated; beef carpaccio - offset, beetroot - nuts would be added; rice with eel is a test. Sushi is delicious, and so are Mochi.
There are not enough cocktails in the establishment. And you can serve water from the start, in good establishments this is not even discussed. Take an example from the Culprit)))
Probably we'll come back ... maybe…

We also went for breakfast - we waited for it for 40 minutes, and we were alone in the restaurant, and again there was avocado sauce in the composition, but in the end I got an absolutely different sauce and pieces of avocado next to it..
As soon as we opened, everything was at the highest level, fast delivery and delicious.
Now everything has changed, we won't go any more..

The Eda&Vino restaurant leaves a mixed impression. The staff and service are excellent. Tom yam is delicious, although not spicy, but it pleased me. However, some dishes need to be refined: in sweet chicken, the breading is too thick in places and does not crunch, and pieces of meat of different quality are either breast or thigh. In addition, rice is not served with tom yam, and it is not found on the menu, which is inconvenient.
The carbonara from the lunch menu was especially disappointing: it was overcooked and made from too thin pasta, most likely capellini. The sauce had a strange taste, reminiscent of dor blue, and was too saturated with garlic.
At the same time, the prices in the restaurant are high, but the quality of the dishes does not always justify such costs. The name “Eda&Vino” implies an emphasis on wine, but it is almost not felt here, and the combination of wine with Asian cuisine seems unfinished.

It's strange to read negative reviews. We've been there more than three times, at different times and days, and everything has always been fine. The service is courteous, the waiters and the receptionist are friendly. The dishes were also good and in moderation. Yes, there was not enough rice for tom-yam, but in fairness, it is not as spicy as in other establishments. The water was brought without problems when asked. Tuna with vegetables wok was delicious, noodles with poached egg too, tom-kha, poke with tuna - everything was well cooked and the serving was not lame. I also really liked the author's tea with raspberries and ginger. We will definitely come back.

The four of us came to celebrate our birthday on a weekday, when the institution was 70% empty, we were refused accommodation at a large table, because it is designed for 5 people or more. As a result , we were sitting at one table , and flowers and fires were at another. The table on the big table remained empty.
The sushi was delicious. But as for the beef and tuna tartare, it was not very good, they were left half-eaten.
For dessert, they took out the mochi, ate the middle only, the dough remained standing like a house) asked the waiter what was with the mochi, to which they received the answer that the pastry chef has been trying to bring it to mind for the 3rd month. Then why bring such a thing into the hall, I do not understand.
There is no desire to return yet !

In the evening, I settled on the letnik, wanted to have dinner, waited for 15 minutes, the "administrator" came out to me with a grin and asked if I was waiting for someone, I replied that he or the waiter, to which he told me that the letnik was not working, and there were no places inside and but he would be glad to see me in another day…
When I asked if there was a place behind the bar, he replied that they did not provide it.
