There is no limit to my admiration! It was really cool and well done: an excursion to Glubokoe, accompanied on a hike, delicious and sincere hospitality at the manor. My husband and I are immensely satisfied!

It was the best vacation, they tell us very interestingly, everything is planned departure, breakfast stop for a snack, the organizers help, control the whole process, sailed to this point, delicious food games, great time, there is no comfortable toilet and washbasin. The second day on foot through swamps and lakes, the guide is interesting to tell, very cool. We also went to the swamps from this tour. The guides are Sergey, Alesya and Vital. Very cool. You will not regret traveling with an ecotour😄

We ordered Kayaks and fatbikes from the guys for a company of 25 people, everything was great! We approached the organization very carefully, suggested everything, had a great time and had fun! It is clear that the EcoJourney team sincerely loves their work and our nature. Thanks for the cool adventure!

The one-day Safari was a huge disappointment. At a distance of more than a kilometer, animals are visible through binoculars as blurry dots. The whole group was not sure if it was grass or bison. Every hair of the animals is visible on the company's Instagram during the tour, but we were not sure if it was a haystack under the fifth tree on the left or a deer weighing 150 kilograms. Reality (with a 15x zoom in the iPhone) and expectation are attached below. For 170-200 rubles, there was about 15 minutes of active "observation" of vague dots.

I was going to go with you, but your response to the previous review just killed and discouraged me from going. I left a very unpleasant impression. The logic is not traceable. I got sick, this happens, so instead of setting up a refund mechanism, the negative in the form of a failed tour and money spent on it is added to the cost of medicines. Or would it be logical to get drunk on NSAIDs and go with everyone, infecting the group? What kind of partners do you have that they need to pay the entire amount the day before and won't give up a penny? Do you book flights, hotels? The world is cruel, and the main thing that I have endured in recent years is to be kinder and warmer to people. I have not yet understood your mechanism for calculating losses by the company. What does the number of employees have to do with it? Count by the number of tourists, and there are at least 10 or even 15 of them in the photo. In total, you lose 1/10- 1/15 of money, and the family (how many are 3-4?) - 1/3-1/4. Is it comparable? I wish you to improve, learn to build relationships with people and be humane and cool not only in the picture, but also in life.

A tour to Nalibokskaya Pushcha. The organization, the guide's escort (Artyom), lunch at the farmhouse - everything was fine, even despite the ambiguous weather.
But! The disadvantage of a large company is its unwillingness to reimburse at least 50% for a participant who fell ill right the day before (winter is still). According to the contract, you will receive only 20% back. In short, if you get sick, it's your own fault. It was only about 60p instead of 24p, from which the company would not have gone bankrupt, but our family wallet would still not be so offended.
We didn't even ask for a discount for the failed ski hike format...
Losing potential customers because of 40 bel r is not too far-sighted, there are enough alternative offers, and petty greed has greatly upset.
It's a pity that my review is the first.
