The houses are located in a remote quiet place, right next to the sea, magical pines in front of the sea, the houses are new and clean, there are no crowds of tourists, the sea is clean, there are few people, the territory is closed, parking is available for cars, the owners are excellent, I just wanted to communicate with them!
You can eat from their menu, or you can cook yourself, there are dishes in the shared kitchen.
If you drive along the sea by car, there are a lot of wild beaches, abandoned boarding houses! We really enjoyed it!

We visited this base in January with a charitable children's fund.
Indeed, it felt like we had arrived at our relatives' home. The hosts are so attentive, even in small things.❤️
Very nice houses. Incredible view of the territory. Silence. The kids were just thrilled! Many thanks to the hosts!🙏❤️

Good afternoon.
We had a rest in August in this wonderful place.
The hosts were very friendly and hospitable, met with warmth and care.
The houses are new, from which you can see the sea!
It's easy to fall to the beach, compared to tourist places, there are almost no people on this beach.
If we go to Abkhazia again, we will go immediately to a place where you can relax, listen to the sound of the sea surf and chat with the wonderful housewives of this villa!
In addition, you can order breakfasts, lunches and dinners from them, which makes breathing a rest :-)
