The first time I called the master was when the stove broke. The application was sent to the wrong place twice, as a result, the wonderful master Pavel arrived, took it away, came again, fixed it, everything was OK. Then the dishwasher broke down, and Master Pavel promised to stop by three times, but he never got there.
I called the dishwasher wizard on the general channel. I left a request ("we call you back in 5-15 minutes," they write), they called back three hours later, and I already called the number listed on the website. We accepted the application, then the master called, said he would come in 2-3 hours. The master did not arrive until the evening, no one called, an attempt to call the number led back to the public phone, where the operator promised to sort it out. No one came, no one called.
The second star is for Pavel, the masters really do well. When they arrive.
It would be better to call it: "There is no Eco-Service", and with a simple strain. The staff practically does not pay attention to customers, they promised to make repairs in 3 weeks, they did it in 2 months, And no one ever called or reported the delay, and they answered my calls that today the warehouse would hand over the spare parts to the master and in a day I would receive my vacuum cleaner. Otherwise, they have an ambush in all areas of their field of activity. When processing documents, they simply put a dash in the guarantee column, after my remark, the document for the guarantee was redone five times, it was fun to watch how the manager runs to the second floor every time to put a seal, and then redoes the documents again, since he wrote out incorrectly again, until I asked to check first before printing. And I turned on the "harmful client" because when I entered the hall and said hello, only a couple of people answered me out of 8 people, I stood for five minutes, no one paid attention to me, my voice was loud, I asked if I was interfering with their work, to which they answered literally like this:"Wait, now we'll finish and serve." Damn, I prevented people from working....
I absolutely do not recommend handing over a wristwatch to this service for maintenance, and that's why: I brought here a mechanical watch worth 170k for a massage.
After paying about 30k for cleaning and lubrication, I got the watch back. The clock began to rush by 1 minute a day. It doesn't matter, because there is a warranty period. Having handed over the watch again, I received it a week later. This time they were 1 minute behind. I handed over the watch again. After receiving them for the third time, I saw dust under the glass. The issuing officer volunteered to blow the glass himself, because the master was no longer there at that time. And, the most interesting thing: a month after professional cleaning and lubrication, the watch began to crunch at the factory. How is this possible?!
After that, I handed over the watch to a specialized watch repair center (compared to an eco-service that "knows" how to repair everything in the world), and received the conclusion that the watch inside is dirty and with chips... The craftsmen were very surprised that the watch was only after professional maintenance.. "Thank you", eco service!
Conclusion: I doubt that any work has been carried out at all. In addition, the craftsmen do not check the progress of the clock after the completion of the work. And it seems to me that they do not know how to set the exact course at all, since I handed over the watch there 3 times in a row.
Take pity on your watch, especially if it is expensive, and find another service that is specialized.
