We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel is located in a gorge - it is a very beautiful place, cozy, all the houses are equipped, there is everything for a comfortable stay, everything is new in the houses. There is a cafe on site (the food is very tasty). But most of all I was pleased with the 40 degree pool. There are no restrictions on visiting the pool. Very friendly staff, many thanks to our administrator. We recommend visiting this hotel.

It's a wonderful hotel, it's not the first time I've been to Abkhazia and there is something to compare it with.
The staff is super, everyone is polite, we were immediately greeted with warmth and care.
The rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable.
The views are simply gorgeous, the sea is nearby (7 minutes on foot).
Special thanks to the kitchen, it is unrealistically delicious, I still remember and already miss it. The food serving, the service is just wow!!!
I am ready to return to this hotel again and again

We stayed at this hotel from October 12th to 18th.
The hotel is a new modern, warm clean pool, there are bathrobes and towels in the room, but those who travel out of season should understand that the nights are no longer warm-take warm pajamas, sometimes the lights were turned off throughout Gagra.
