It works, but.... There is no service, an attempt to portray expensive Japanese cuisine) The rice does not taste Japanese or poorly cooked. Sake is not on the menu. The only and rarely found place (even in Japan, you can still look for this quality) is wagyu sushi. Even rice can be overlooked here.… It's really a bomb, but just for that Michelin? In general, of course, I do not recommend it.
