The horror is terrible. I have been a client of this provider since 2011, but since about the middle of 2024 it has been a nightmare! There is no sign of the 80 MB declared in the tariff, it is barely crawling. Over the past 5-6 months, there has been a regular lack of cable and wi-fi connectivity. During the absence of a signal, technical support tells tales about the insufficient power of the router, while during the diagnostic process the message "There is no connection to the DNS server" appears. Over the past 2 weeks, the connection has been completely unavailable several times since 4:45 a.m. It is very unpleasant when a provider does not provide services in full from the stated tariff, and tech support tries to make fools of customers. With each increase in payment, the provider's services are getting worse and worse.

Disgusting provider, do not connect to it in any case. I have to use his services because there are no other connection options in my area. Constant speed drawdowns, the stated Internet speed of 100 megabits under the contract does not correspond to reality, the Internet speed does not exceed 70 according to all tests, in the evening it drops to 8-10 maximum 20. The subscription fee was raised to 500 but the services provided are not worth a penny. If these drawdowns are not their fault, then why don't they make discounts, (some kind of evening tariff, for a speed of 20%) Verdict: disgusting!

It became terrible, it was better until 2020! They turned off the Internet in connection with departure, called to connect, the operator is not satisfied, pay 700 rubles immediately for 2 months, otherwise it will not be possible to connect, and according to the new law, come to the office with your passport and prove that you will use the Internet, and not someone else, also fill out the document, such nonsense.. At night, the speed is turned off, now I'm trying to download the game on my smartphone, it doesn't download at all, the main thing is to pay for 2 months!!! We came to the Matrix, no problems at all, looked at the passport, and paid for a month, without any contracts, everything is polite.

The master was called. The master was disrespectful and rude. There was an elderly man at home, the master behaved rudely towards him, answered questions nervously and with a degree of aggression. He was not interested in providing services and further cooperation with the company. I could not advise on further work with the company. Clarifying questions were asked, as from people who do not face such questions in their daily activities. If the explanations had been received in an adequate tone, then there would have been no questions about the service. Contacting technical support after the visit of the master, we were told that it was our own fault, no apologies were made for the master. The employee did not show proper professionalism, his tone of communication was inappropriate, especially in relation to an elderly person.

An excellent provider. Switched to East.net a month ago. The connection work was done efficiently, with all the wishes (private sector, optics were installed through the attic). The Internet speed, compared with the previous provider, is stable and corresponds to the stated one. IPTV works efficiently, HD channels pull without problems. Proprietary software for IPTV greatly facilitates the use of this service. There were no interruptions to the Internet during the month of use. Definitely, I recommend this provider.

Constant problems with the provision of Internet services, technical support often freezes and does not answer calls, there are constant unsubscriptions in the telegram channel that the backbone provider has problems, they have nothing to do with it. The most interesting thing about my house is that the neighbors have other providers and they have almost no problems.
