We ordered Alleva dry cat food from Minsk on May 2. The food did not arrive for more than a week. After a clarifying call, they said they would deliver it tomorrow (May 14) after 5 p.m. At 7 p.m. they called and said that the food had not been delivered due to technical reasons. 12 days?!!! And they said that delivery is possible in another week. Do I have to wait a month for food? We have a hungry cat at home, he only likes this food and does not eat others! He's angry and hungry, tearing up the sofa and wallpaper! We ordered ozone now and for a lower price, at least the cat will eat his favorite food the day after tomorrow.

Once there was a great store, there was a discount system for regular customers. There were normal discounts on the customer's card, regardless of the amount of purchases. Now the store's policy has changed.... There are discounts, but if you want to get them, collect goods for a certain amount. A kind of compulsion of the consumer to buy more. But the question is, why would I pick up a product I don't need from them, if I can buy the same product in another store and at the same price that is supposedly discounted here....???
