A disgusting store, I chose headphones for a long time and decided to stop at AirPods pro 2, I saw that they also had an attractive price. 740 rubles, I think it's cool, I made an order, after a couple of minutes the girl called back and said that the headphones were in the store, but she named the price 940 rubles, which immediately confused me, I answer her why such a price, it's because of the payment by card, I say well. I will buy it for cash at the same price as on the website. After a minute of waiting on the phone, the girl said that the site was malfunctioning, and the price was 800 rubles, although I looked at this site for a long time and the price hung for a long time 740 rubles. It's a pity I didn't have time to take a photo, so I would have attached it here.

I bought Airpods pro headphones, found a store on shop.by . It was delivered the next day. They asked me to write a review. I'm happy with everything. I wasn't looking for airpods for the price they can't cost. The ears are original. At the lowest price shop.by . I didn't encounter any negativity.

Disgusting service. To be honest, there is a lot of one star.
On July 22, the order was placed before 15.00. According to the rules of the store, an order placed at such a time is delivered day after day. The agreed delivery time is after 19.00! At 17.45 the courier calls once and, attention, gets on the busy line from the client. Instead of calling back, cancels the delivery! Of course, they didn't warn you in advance that they would be calling. After my call and the claim received, they are rude from the series: they made concessions to you (I wonder what kind?.. after all, everything is within the terms of the company specified on the website), do not want to buy (seriously? Don't worry, there are plenty of competitors on the market). We spent half a day waiting. Finally, the client was accused, and I quote: "instead of chatting on the phone, I should have called back." We have not heard about the adequacy of customer orientation here. The response to the review about the terrible service was that the service is excellent. (look at your rating). The phone was hung up, probably the arguments are over

I do not advise anyone to get headaches by buying a phone. I ordered a phone, the courier delivered it during the day, the result of the bodies did not see the SIM card, called, half an hour later another one was brought. I inserted a SIM card like the norm. I went and glued the glass, bought a case, brought it to give to the child, the result does not see wifi and Bluetooth, dialed in the morning, they say take it for examination, then we will change it. I dialed the result by number for examination: take the phone, we will have it for up to three weeks, and then the warranty ends. in short, none of the two bodies worked. do not contact this office, and they write positive reviews to themselves. oh yes, and yet, their expertise works exactly the same as the schedule of a working person. i.e. you need to take one day off to take and the second to pick up and change

I needed a second phone for work - reliable, with modern functionality and so that I didn't hang from the effort, BUT I didn't want to give a lot of money, I bought Honor 50 lite 128GB here from the guys cheaply, because the phone is from the showcase. I think it is a very profitable purchase! They also gave a hydrogel and even installed it! It's nice to come across such a shop. Respect to the guys! Success.

They sell used or refurbished phones under the guise of new ones. They sent the phone all chipped on the body, there are no grids on the speaker. It was stated that the phone is a new showcase in perfect condition, in fact - used. They promised to replace it, but they have been ignoring it for a whole month. The only plus is that a hydrogel film was glued to the phone. In general, I do not recommend it.

Scammers. Headphones that are included in the package are stolen from the boxes. They send phones with defects. With chips on the screen and a depleted battery, which lasts for half an hour.

Заказали телефон. Телефон нужен был в тот же вечер. Вечером сообщили, что телефон будет на следующий день и доставка (сюрприз!) платная. На следующий день телефона тоже нет. Его даже и не планировали везти, как оказалось... И звонить никто не собирался, пришлось самостоятельно вызванивать. Так что, если хотите провести время в ожидании и любите сюрпризы, то вам сюда!!!
Безответственные и нечестные продавцы.
И к тому же цена на сайте не соответствует действительности, причём в 1.5 раза. Хорошо, что покупка не состоялась, так бы не знали, куда бежать, если что.

Выбрал телефон, спросил в чате есть ли на складе. Сказали есть. Заказал. Почти две недели ждал. Позвонил. Говорят телефона нет, а в магазине виден на случай если сдадут. Занавес.
