Process: I called, found out the possibility of repair and the price (95 rubles. 2-3 days). I brought the tablet to the point (Lock). A week has passed. I called to find out how the tablet is. From the words: we ordered 3 screens, all turned out to be "defective". Take the tablet, we can't fix it.
Refund: I take the tablet, sign an act for 0 rubles, where it says - I have no complaints. The tablet looks the same as it was originally. But it is completely discharged (does not turn on).
The result: the tablet was charged at home - the touchscreen does not show signs of life at all (but it was fully working). But I have already signed that "I have no complaints."

When I picked it up, I almost dropped it because it was very hot, and there was an inscription on the screen that it urgently needed to be cooled because the temperatures were critical. When it cooled down, I decided to turn it on, but unfortunately it showed no signs of life. I decided to look for a solution to the problem in search networks, but there was no result. Then I decided to take it for repair, it was almost nine o'clock and the employee was already preparing to leave, but to my surprise he still issued my repair request, at that moment I decided to replace the glass on the screen, because it was also broken. The master said that it was unknown at the moment what happened to my phone and whether he would survive. What was my surprise when the next day, I was told that my old man was done! I've already started looking for new models. Thanks to egroup for giving my device a couple more years of life, special thanks to the very master who still stayed and issued my application, even though he was already leaving. I will definitely come back!

I am writing a review due to the fact that I have not received a response to an e-mail message sent to the head after a month. 07. 09. 2020 Lenovo laptop was repaired for maintenance after water ingress (order no.D10577). The cost offered two days after delivery (thermal paste 30 rubles, cleaning 56 rubles and replacing the board- 140 rubles) did not suit us. However, after short negotiations, the cost changed, the thermal paste dropped to 10 rubles. (but what about the price list?). We decided to give the laptop to another workshop, which promised to do this work for 80-90 rubles. They gave us the laptop without warning that the power controller had been soldered. And even more so, they did not return it and did not warn that you cannot turn on the network without it! We found out about this in another workshop when it was turned on to the network, which caused the failure of other equipment. In this regard, there is reason to believe that the controller was serviceable, otherwise, why was it soldered and not given away. Before the water hit, the laptop worked well, no one opened it and the controller himself could not disappear! Obviously, this company does not care about its reputation!
Good afternoon. I do not want to leave a review, but a claim. I gave my Xiaomi Redmi note7 2019 phone for repair on February 28, 2020. Order Z12706 WTC Lock. The order was accepted by Rabkevich Vadim Viktorovich. This was the first time the phone was opened. It was tested for a long time and the part was selected (according to the master). It was returned to me on April 4, 2020. With the verdict that the repair is not advisable. Well, they couldn't repair it and couldn't.. Then I turned to another master, who repaired my phone within a day! He informed me that during the previous intervention in my phone, the camera was torn and simply taped up. I had to pay for the replacement of a broken camera with a new camera worth 40 rubles. The master repaired my phone for more than a month, tore up the camera and hid it! Verdict: the service center employs unqualified craftsmen who not only cannot cope with a difficult task, but also can break your phone. On April 14, I left my review on the company's website and still (04/29/20) have not received a response, it can be seen that they do not work with reviews!
