Since the first days of buying my BG X50, I have been serviced only on this service, and soon it will be 7. Always an adequate attitude, courteous staff, quick appointment times. You can use your own spare parts, they let you into the repair shop, which inspires great confidence in the service. Once I had a chance to make warranty repairs on the day of the call, they immediately recorded it, diagnosed it, the defective part was in stock, and it was immediately changed. I have been working in this service for the second year and in general everything was fine until the last not very pleasant moment: On January 28, 2025, I decided to change the low beam bulbs in the Belgee X50, dialed the service and specified the price. The girl manager and a certain nearby master informed me with full confidence that the price for two light bulbs would be around 35-40 rubles. Focusing on this price as acceptable to me for this type of work, I decided to sign up for the evening. I arrived, the car was accepted as always (there were no questions). When signing the acts, I did not immediately pay attention to the indicated work prices (maybe partly my fault), but when calculating for the work performed, I was very unpleasantly surprised when the final price for replacing two light bulbs was 90 rubles (0.5 standard hours per bulb)!!! He left with some sediment. Additional briefings with the manager are necessary so that clients are not misled. Overall, the service is pretty good.
