Russian Russians have a great place in the center of Yerevan, almost on Republic Square, everyone speaks Russian, the menu is normal, I especially recommend the local tea collection, the prices bite, but not so much)

I've been to this cafe twice:
I really liked it the first time, delicious coffee and desserts, good service.
The second time I went in at 10:30 in the morning, I want to clarify that the cafe opens from 10:00, I came again at 10:30. I went in and they tell me we are closed. You're not customer-oriented, so you don't want to come here again.

Jazzve surprises with a cozy atmosphere and stylish interior. Jazz music creates a relaxing mood.
The menu is varied: from appetizers to desserts. The coffee here is incredible — rich and fragrant. We were also pleased with the variety of tea and fresh pastries.
Excellent service: polite and attentive staff. Jazzve takes care of its customers.
A great place for meetings, dates and just relaxing. I recommend it!

The canopy has a hole, it leaks in the rain, the staff does not react to this in any way. For a St. Petersburg resident, the service is frankly bad: slow, an extra cup of tea is "not allowed", dishes are brought unevenly (for 6 people). The coffee is brewed fine on the sand, but the grain leaves much to be desired.

A pleasant place. Not loud, quiet with a nice menu in the very center. The staff is ready to help with any question. When, in a terrible downpour late in the evening, the Yerevan Yandex taxi was afraid of a cataclysm and stopped working (the order was accepted, and then either immediately or after 10 minutes it was canceled by the driver) - the guys, having learned about such a problem, quickly called another operator's car.

Nice interior, convenient location, the kitchen is quite itself. But the teapot with tea is so shaped that half of the tea does not fall into the cup, and the lid is generally as if from another teapot. Restaurant prices. The waiters are either both in the hall, or both are absent. To attract their attention, you have to try very hard. In general, it is understandable why I have never seen more than three tables occupied there.

Polite waiters, excellent service, literally, one of the best, best establishments that I managed to visit in Yerevan.
The coffee is good enough. A large selection of desserts.
Regarding sweets, I would like to point out only that the pudding was carried for about 30 minutes.
Benedict took the eggs - average. The bread is a little old, the eggs are slightly overcooked.
In general, I recommend the place, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

In general, the food here is as they say hit or miss, if you're lucky)Some positions are delicious / normal (beef stroganoff, salads, arancini), some are frankly so-so (dry teriyaki chicken, incomprehensible liquid sauce for lamajo), I also do not advise desserts, unfortunately, eclair looks more like a huge profiterole, cheesecake is a souffle, and bizet is not baked to the end)
But a very delicious Jazzwe milkshake (chocolate with cookies and whipped cream)
The staff is generally friendly, they speak Russian and English
Prices are like in normal Moscow restaurants, if you transfer an average 1-2k check per person, so it does not quite match the quality

Feedback from an expert:

Minuses:
I ordered salad, soup and the second, first the salad was brought, then the second, and then the soup, what is the order?
The salad did not match the picture, they brought instead of fried meat in the salad the usual meat chopped into pieces of unknown origin. The waitress assured me that this is how it should be.
The staff was rude, there was no service as such, besides, the waiter forgot about ordering coffee.
There was little meat in the chicken curry, mostly vegetables, which is not at all like a traditional dish.
Rice was served with curry as if it were milk porridge, although basmati rice should be crumbly.
One of the worst restaurants I have visited in Yerevan, if you compare price/quality.

Of course, I can understand a lot, slow service, not the most delicious (slightly rubbery) cheesecake, but since when did raf look like that?!
I even asked the waiter if he brought me raf. He looked at me like I was retarded (no, but then I realize that this is my personal perception, and maybe he looked at it normally) and said that, of course, it was Raf.
Either my skis are not going, or in an institution that calls itself a coffee shop they do not distinguish raf from latte macchiato.
Visiting this institution did not bring me joy and did not become a wonderful end to a wonderful day.

Never before have I come across such a deplorable quality of service as in this cafe. If you are looking for a place where you can spend time, forgetting about comfort, then you have found it. It seems that the staff is completely indifferent to whether the guests leave satisfied.

I visited a couple of times, everything was fine, but I came in on Saturday and was terribly disappointed and I definitely won't come here anymore. If you need to book tables in advance, write this.
I came to work quietly, the floor of the hall is empty, I chose a table to sit comfortably with a laptop and food, a woman jumped up and asked to move, I moved, she comes up again and asks to move, says if you are alone, then go to the smallest table in the corner of the hall, where I can barely fit with my legs (I am tall), and my laptop will barely fit on the table. I was very angry, of course. Choke on your tables, I won't go to this place anymore, I just went to the cafe across the street and settled in well.

Pork is tough as a sole, in "caesar" instead of the standard dressing, which makes "caesar" "caesar", just lemon juice, which makes the salad terribly sour. The waiter said that he has been working there for 10 years and that's how they make caesar. So you write in the menu, then the composition is fine: lettuce leaves, lemon juice, cherry, cheese and 3 pieces of flaccid salmon. The cherry on the cake - the waiter put the cutlery so that the forks and knives touched the table (goodbye, hygiene) and this is the center of the city.

If I were the cafe administrator, I would diversify the music. Now the same one is playing every day. Starting from the tenth time, it gets boring (and what does it feel like for the waiters!)
On YouTube there are many collections of light calm music lasting several hours, you can include such collections instead of the current repertoire

We went to this place on the advice of the Armenian tour guide and were terribly disappointed! Firstly, the service here is not just for a long time, but for a VERY long time, it feels like we waited for food for an hour and a half, despite the fact that there were 3 people in the hall besides us at the next table. Next, the food itself – they brought me a benedict with salmon with frozen pieces of salmon. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was asked to just wait until he thawed, referring to the fact that their refrigerator works that way. A curtain. Well, the cherry on the cake – they don't accept cards, but at least they warned us in advance, and thanks for that. I highly recommend this place, the team is absolutely not customer–oriented and does not know how to solve problems: for such shoals as frozen fish in a hot dish, you either need to change the dish or remove the item from the receipt - none of this was done, they did not even apologize.

It's a pity you can't put -5, we came to the institution, ordered lemonade, pizza, coffee. Everyone carried it for a very long time, the coffee was cold, but the lemonade was never brought. The first time they gave it to other people, the second time they forgot, the third time they did not wait and just left. I don't recommend it, unless you want to spoil your mood!

Today we visited this institution and I can't say anything positive.
It is completely unclear why this institution has an administrator who stands on the phone or talks on the phone all the time (judging by the emotions during the conversation, the calls clearly do NOT relate to the institution). Given the fact that there is only 1 waiter for all cafes, who simply does not have time, which leads to a long serving. In my opinion, the administrator is needed in order for visitors to be satisfied, so why not help the waiter bring the same coffee or bill????
One of the few establishments in Yerevan that you want to leave!

We came to try coffee on the advice of the guide. Disappointed. We went in, waited for the manager, did not wait, settled down at a table, and then the manager appears and asks us to move. We moved, waited a long time for the menu. The waiters rush around, but no one comes up to us, in the end they still accepted the order. The kitchen is not working, there are no main hot dishes. The service is long, the coffee itself is mediocre. The very serving in the jezve is interesting and I liked it. The World does not accept cards. As a result, I do not recommend it: a waste of time, money and mood.
