I've been there many times. This time my husband and I ordered a big breakfast, two coffees and tea. I did not finish my tea and offered my husband to finish it. And they didn't bring a second mug for tea. They said they had no right. Honestly, this is the first time I've ever heard that.
This has never happened to me before.
By the way, for the second time they can't cook the poached eggs properly, they bring boiled eggs. I didn't want to find fault, but after the mug I decided not to tolerate it.

I love the web. I often order delivery for work. I came to the physical location for the first time. We were very disappointed with the service. They left without making an order. A wish to the manager, with an incomplete landing, 4 tables, were the only ones who had not yet made an order. They asked the waiter twice, since it was only an hour. People who are waiting for their meals will most likely not leave. People who are served after all those who have already made an order can get up and leave. A lost client.
Overall, it's not bad.

You can talk comfortably, the external noise does not interfere, despite the full house.
Of the good things, I note that the place is cozy, the dishes I chose were delicious and the waiters were friendly.
Why not 5 stars? The staff is friendly, but there are problems with the service. I ordered soup, second course and dessert. The dessert, which consists of ice cream with coffee, was brought in the first 5 minutes, the second after 25 minutes, and the soup after 35. Turning to the waiter, it turned out that I was to blame :) Here, the guests themselves must instruct the waiters.
The ice cream was taken to the freezer, and the coffee was heated in the microwave - so the waiter suggested and apparently they did so. I can't tell you how sad it all looks. And they serve for a long time, or forget about the guests.
The mood is spoiled and I wanted to put 1 star in general, but I will be objective that the interior and dishes are not bad, because everyone has 1 star.
The wait is very long, there is no music, no atmosphere, one waiter for the whole restaurant. Some kind of whistling in the room, they asked to make the music louder-no, bring it quickly -no. The evening was completely ruined.
The meat is tough, there is no pleasure- we do not recommend it here
I often come in, it's very cozy, delicious and inexpensive. There are main courses, breakfasts, desserts, hot and cold, non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. (But it's still a cafe, not a bar). The reviews say that they don't like the waiters, I wouldn't say that, nice people, work well, many speak Russian, English and Armenian respectively.
We visited this institution at this address today, flies were flying around the hall. When the food was brought, they were flying near our food, which is not acceptable for establishments at all!!! It seems that everything happens in the kitchen in a similar way...

The waiter moves so slowly and impressively that the question arises whether he needs a job. Everything is sooo long.
The waiter took our order: main course, drinks, dessert. Asked: "Dessert later?" (I.e. after the main course) I received an affirmative answer. And we didn't get dessert. We called him over, we ask, they say, when will you bring dessert? And he says: "And I didn't order dessert, you said later." It's a pity that you can't take away tips.
