There is not much staff in this garden, new employees do not stay long. As a result, some age educators have already been professionally trained and do not use any methods other than training and shouting.
At the expense of development and creativity, in 4 years we have not been offered a single circle related to creativity. The child even fell out of love with drawing after the inadequate reaction of a not very good teacher to his work.
But there are several excellent educators and caregivers who are still looking for an individual approach to children, perceive them as a person and help kids learn how to interact in society.
