If the hospital management is reading this review, then there is one urgent request.: In the second department (for newborns; 2nd floor), please make a separate room for daily weighing of newborns. Children in this department lie after pneumonia and after mechanical ventilation. During the period before/after heating, it is very cold in the room where the scales are located, like in a sobering up center. And you need to carry the kids to this sobering up center, strip them naked and put them on metal scales covered with a thin diaper.
And that's why it's impossible to set aside a small separate room and put a heater there, or in this large room to fence off the place near the scales with a screen and put a heater there? I'll get enough of this review and it won't go unnoticed.
Special thanks to the neonatal intensive care unit (10th ward) - all excellent specialists.
When you think about the hospital..especially a child's room..You're counting on some kind of order..sterility..clarity in the actions of doctors
This time, the impressions of what is happening are so-so.
We arrived urgently in an ambulance looking at them and their actions..I think that's the level!!Well done!!Respect!!They put an IV into a catheter in the waiting room..that the ambulance was delivered.
And then the child's arm starts to swell up!!It turns out that the catheter was inserted past the vein!!and then, of course, the opinion about professionalism changes.
Then we are transferred to the surgical department..there we are greeted by a sleeping nurse (well, that's okay..we are all human beings)..but when the child feels bad and he asks to lie down..I ask the nurse to show us the room..But she can't!!He's sitting there rubbing his eyes..He can't get away from sleep!!Next, we need to change the IV catheter...sitting in the treatment room..the baby is in my arms, he has a spasm..fainting with convulsion.. the nurse didn't even pay attention to this as she changed the catheter and pretended that it didn't concern her..until I yelled at her in a panic...next, we make an IV drip..the spasm happens again...I'm running to the post..And she's sleeping on the couch again!!!please anesthetize...While sleeping beauty woke up...I've got the syringe ready for now...I was already screaming from the ward at that time, HELP!!!the child faints from the spasm and shakes..And she's standing there rubbing her eyes again!!!and again you have to yell... and then you make inadequate mothers out of us!!and here's another question..when children lie alone, they feel bad at night..There is no receiver in the ward to communicate with the post...it will be like mine fainting in convulsions and no one will even approach him.. Because the nurse is NEGLIGENT about her DUTIES and is asleep...And she was lying on your child because you need to sleep.
Next, we have intensive care
Well, pros and just humane people really work here...You can make calls at set hours..but if you, as a mother, can no longer wait until these hours and the roof is going out of ignorance.. You call and the doctors understand you...They don't send three letters..and they'll tell you quickly..they will give us hope!!!
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Then we are transferred to pulmonology
In principle, if it weren't for the dirt in the wards and the food to change (after all, everyone has been moving away from these old recipe books for a long time)and as a cook, I understand..that even this set of products can be made better (so that the child would eat..and here's how to give your food..if I'm an adult disgusted by my appearance...how to give it to a child??
Photos taken from pulmonology
After reading the comments, I realized that the management doesn't care what condition their hospital and departments are in, but how can you lie with small children when cockroaches are crawling on the walls and beds, excellent staff are working , there was no rudeness on their part, but I think the presence of cockroaches in the hospital is not appropriate !!!! I would also like to add that young children are prescribed medications that are contraindicated for children under 3 years of age, how is this generally?
During the entire time we were in the hospital, we only had an ultrasound scan of the kidneys , but at discharge we had a full examination of all organs, they did an ECG, the doctor came and said everything was fine, and at discharge the diagnosis, and then they say that they said, etc.
There is also a bathroom in the wards that is constantly closed, the question is why it is there then.
