By pre-order, I ordered a large shawarma, we arrived and a young man went to get the order. Knowing that I am quite stubborn and immediately look to see if there is meat on the spit, I did not report its absence. Thus, I made this review as honest as possible. In the shawarma, I found a bunch of RAW meat mixed with ready-made, which is strictly forbidden. Yes, I understand that there might not have been meat, but we could have offered an alternative in the form of snacks, or fried this chicken on the grill, but not raw to poison people. Consequences => both me and the young man have mild stomach upset, just because I noticed it in time.
You can turn a blind eye to many things, but not a bestial attitude.

Royal shawarma, bought on 04/27/2025 at 16:50, pickles have a very stale taste, fermented, in front of me two people ordered shawarma without tomatoes, and after trying my own, I realized why, they also have a fermented or rotten taste. The shawarma doesn't keep its shape, it all falls apart. Therefore, it feels like she's all fluid and spoiled. I've bought here three times, and one of them was just normal from a bigger one. The products used are of poor quality, and the cook with a beard always does not twist tightly. Today it was especially not tasty and spoiled. It's a pity, I live close by, sometimes I don't want to cook, and I want to use finished products, but that won't do, I would like the owners to read this and take action.

Today, 03/20/2025, we bought 20 nuggets and 2 large fries, instead of the nuggets we put cheese sticks, what happened is not clear)) and the cashier was checking. They opened not long ago and the work of both the staff and the chefs was not organized at all, questions about quality and responsibility. Terrible shawarma, we tried to buy it 2 times, it's not possible to eat, it's dry, there's a problem with the sauce. Once, the potatoes, nuggets and cheese sticks were not reported to the order, thus they were sold for 15 rubles.50 kopecks. And it's not during rush hour, it's very strange)). Negligent attitude☹️☹️☹️
