Our stay was great! Everything was very clean — bed linen, shower and the whole room. The room was small, but it was located in the historical center. Top location: all the main attractions are within walking distance. A good breakfast + tea/coffee is available in the kitchen. The owner is a wonderful person — he helped us a lot with advice and just pleasant communication. It was a wonderful experience. I recommend this place to stay!

Excellent conditions, an immensely hospitable host, as if they had come to visit a relative. Awesome breakfasts!!! A child who does not eat anything, ate everything with pleasure. Living conditions - everything is there. Pressurized water, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, a bunch of towels, disposable shampoos and soap. There is an area for outdoor recreation. There is a local grocery market next door! To the old town straight and to the right is a maximum of 5 minutes with a child. In general, only positive impressions remained!

Great place, we really liked it! In the city center, very friendly host! Cleanliness in the rooms and in the lobby, delicious breakfasts, tea at any time! Nearby there is a grocery market with local fruits, homemade bread, milk, etc. All the main attractions are within walking distance.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days in May this year. The owner is very friendly, always ready to prompt and help. I even took you to the airport for free at 3 a.m.!!!! The breakfasts are varied: original pies, scrambled eggs, fruits. In front of the green bazaar hotel, until 10 a.m. you can buy fruits, vegetables, milk, cakes are baked right there. On the ground floor there is 1 shared refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, dishes. Towels and bed linen are clean. Lyabi House, the center, is a 10-minute walk away. There are small grocery stores nearby. The only thing was that there was not enough shelf in the bathroom for accessories.

An excellent guest house, the owner is a very friendly and helpful person. We had an early check-in, met, fed, drove, showed the most beautiful places . The breakfast is very tasty. Great hotel. The rooms and common areas are clean. The price/quality ratio is remarkable. The breakfasts are original and plentiful. The historical center is a 5-7-minute walk away. I liked almost everything, Uncle Kolya is a good, sincere person. The rooms were clean, but the bathrooms require minor repairs. We were accepted earlier than 12 and fed breakfast, after the night train, it was most welcome. In general, it is a good option for its price.

We booked this hotel after reading positive reviews. Upon arrival on October 6, the owner of the notorious uncle Kolya was found drunk in drabadan. According to the stunned guests, he was on a binge for the second day. We looked at the room, yes, everything is clean, but the plumbing was messed up. They began to say this to Uncle Kolya - in response, mats. Next, he took out a liter bottle and went to drink on a bench in front of the hotel with a neighbor. The doors to the hotel are wide open. We were not impressed by the prospects, we canceled the reservation, fortunately it was without prepayment, immediately found a hotel right in the center of the network, and even cheaper than that. By the way, in correspondence before arrival, Uncle Kolya offered to meet us at the station in his car. Obviously, our problems would have started at the train station. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but you must agree, we are not going to another country to participate in drunken brawls, risking staying on the street.

We lived next door, we bought beer from Uncle Kolya. A good sociable man. Somehow I helped out - I helped to exchange currency at the normal exchange rate. Then we found out that there is a private exchanger in a 5-minute walk, not far from the school, in a 2-storey building with a window at the end of the house under the canopy. If you go looking, you need to ask around the locals, they all know this place and tell you how to find it without any problems.

A great guest house, Uncle Kolya is super, feeds breakfast (even if you leave very early). Without any problems, we agreed on an early check-in and rescheduling dates. If we are still in Bukhara, we will be happy to stay here. The only thing is that it's not hot at night, and the air conditioner is noisy for heating. But a separate boiler is large in the room, there are no problems with hot water.

A mini-hotel. Uncle Kolya met him at the railway station. Upon arrival, he offered tea/ coffee, treated me to quince jam (awesome!). He helped me lift the suitcase. The rooms are clean, everything you need (soap, hairdryer, towels) is there. Breakfast is included in the price. Instead of an alarm clock, we woke up in the morning to the music of Uncle Kolya (Soviet and Russian pop music) :)I recommend

I highly recommend staying here. There was a feeling that they went to their relatives and only waited for us here. Uncle Kolya's attitude to the guests is super. The guest house is no more than an overnight stay. There is almost never anyone at the counter to check in, we had to ask the taxi driver to call the owner at the local number, after a while a nice girl came. We were assigned breakfast from 8-10, but not at 8, nor at 9. There was no one in the courtyard and at the counter, they called the number again, the breakfast was modest. The room is very large, there is air conditioning, the water goes out very badly in the shower, you are literally standing in a puddle, when I dropped the remote control from the air conditioner, the battery fell out of it, and when searching for it, a cockroach corpse was found on the floor, and sometimes teardrop-shaped insects crawled along the walls (such from humidity happen in old grandmother's apartments in the bathroom). In general, we spent the night there and drove on.
