Not only Naftan events, but also city and republican events are held daily in the palace. The palace is as busy as possible. Children involved in clubs and collectives feel free, uninhibited - like at home. The staff from the watch to the director is sociable, polite, friendly. Elena Alexandrovna has everything under control, if possible, she takes part in events herself and knows our honorable and honored people. Thanks to the staff of the DCN for their work!
