The building itself and the surrounding atmosphere are full of culture, which was cultivated here in the period from 1980 to 2014. Every detail of this palace speaks about the incomprehensible coolness of the cultural climate and the code of the government that once existed in this region. And the smells of culture and European freedom inside the palace still give a complete picture of European freedom.

The building is destroyed. A schoolboy burned him down, ruthlessly built a fire and burned him down. The war did not destroy it, and the children did not regret it. It's so pathetic, just crazy. And now people have set up a dump in the building. You pass by and tears come to your eyes, it's so pathetic. We contacted the administration and they said they were not thinking of restoring it. The building is irretrievably lost.
