The slope was not immediately placed on the front door, it was agreed that, along with the interior doors, they would be placed on the entrance. A week has passed and they tell me that there is no room for our doors in the warehouse and they will be delivered today or tomorrow. They brought them in, forced the room and this complicated the repair process, they had to be dragged from room to room. The renovation is coming to an end and we are removing the film from the front door. And it's not exactly white, it's kind of white and gray. We thought it was different due to the lighting. A specialist in installing interior doors arrived and said that no one had told him to tilt the front door, and then it turned out that we didn't have it at all. We contacted the measurer, he said he would resolve this issue. The process of unpacking the interior doors has begun, and we understand that they are very different in color from the entrance. Next, the installation, the wizard cuts his finger and blood splashes fall on the wallpaper (the wallpaper is washable, but the stains are slightly visible). After installing all the doors, we received white interior doors and a gray (which does not fit into the design) entrance door without a slope. We are starting to solve the problem with the measurer, we had to go from another city to choose the color (because the doors are of different colors) of the slope, we chose to go home and we receive a call that the color we chose is no longer being produced. I'm not ready to go the second time, so I had to choose on Viber. Then the delivery of the slope for which they asked for money (the measurer's mistake - he paid). Then the installation of this slope ... the specialist will not come to you just because of one slope, wait, maybe the specialist will be in your city and will come to you. A month passed, then another month, and the specialist did not arrive. Then they offered a specialist who charges more for installing the slope than for installing the doors, or to look for an installer himself. I come to the conclusion that they work due to advertising and low competition. And advertising is at least half of the deception - there is no installment plan! This is a loan from a bank. There is no guarantee! - and the contract has 100,500 conditions for this guarantee for a year, which no one can prove. And the promised gift is that they can get on your nerves as a gift)).

I immediately had an unpleasant feeling. I wish I'd left.
There was a very long history with the manufacture (50 working days in the contract), but the deadlines are delayed, they do not call back, they do not send SMS, I called and found out everything myself.
But it's not easy to find out -no one knows anything -they transfer to each other and ask to call back tomorrow.
As a result, the doors were ready after 3.5 months, but the 2 doors were confused by the opening. As a result, they were redone. Then they opened the door boxes, they are all scratched. Redo it.
Then long calls and text messages -no one knows anything.
Where are the doors? Where are the boxes? I asked to terminate the contract-silence. I wrote a complaint to the head-silence.
As a result, I applied to the Consumer Protection Society. I wrote a claim again.
Silence. Then I told Irina that I was suing.
They stirred.
On August 20, the doors were delivered (after almost 6 months!!!) and the boxes, that is, the doors were made and redesigned for six months.
I was shocked by the packaging. She's almost gone. The doors come on the sides with a little cardboard in the center of the cellophane.
After the alterations, the packaging is a dream, completely cardboard + cellophane with pimples.
They promised a discount on doors and free installation of doors as a bonus.
On August 20, the installation team urgently needed to leave for half an hour without installing the doors. I signed the discount certificate. And after signing, the installers call 10 minutes later - the installation is paid. That is, they cheated.
then there was a long story, they could not find time to come and install 2 doors (3 were installed for a fee on August 20), I asked for a check from the masters and an act of completed work, offensive conversations and an unpleasant tone began. Ie, the guys never give a check and an act after the completed work, it's all not legal, I don't know they understood whether they are.
All these ugly stories are mainly related to Dmitry, who blatantly lies and behaves very defiantly and ugly (the installation guys also had a lot of complaints about him).
He promised to install the doors for free, and I asked several times, including just before the doors arrived, if it would be free-yes, but he deceived me. Then I did not want / could not give the masters to come and install 2 doors. I've been asking for 2 doors to be installed for a month. And she called endlessly.
Instead of getting into the client's position and being understanding (I waited for the door for six months), he behaved irresponsibly, defiantly and to the detriment of the store.
As a result:
-the repair has been suspended for several months due to the lack of doors
-over these months, the cost of materials and wall painting has risen (it was 10-12 and became 15/16 per meter)
-the craftsmen who worked (tiles) have left, but they do not want to finish new ones, you need to wait in line and it is extremely expensive.
- my little daughter went to the garden near the new apartment, I hoped to move in soon and the kindergarten immediately with the new house -1 min walk.
As a result, it is now October 29th and we have moved to another garden closer to the apartment where we now live. Since the end of the repair is not visible. We didn't find a garden very close to home and Every morning I take my child to kindergarten by car, it's very stressful + the cost of gasoline, car reinforcement, etc.
I'm alone with my daughter, dad/grandmothers don't help.
I write everything in detail so that people understand and conclude what invisible doors are, what this store is, who Dmitry is, who I am sure tells his stories to the management, who does not respect customers and people who work with him.
As a result, thanks to Dmitry, I filed a lawsuit.

They mark the contract urgently and assure once again that the doors will be fast. The second month is coming to an end, we are starting to actively call the logistics department. It is important to note that it is still difficult to get through there, no one picks up the phone for days, and if they manage to get through, then Maria switches the arrows to Dmitry and to the switchboard. Everyone in this company lies, and I will demonstrate this more than once. As a result, 20.08 learns that the line is broken and the doors will definitely not be ready, as promised when placing an order.

And with an installment plan for 12 months, measurement and delivery will cost 353 rubles, we asked if we would deliver them ourselves, to which the answer was that you would still have to pay this amount. The amount of delivery and measurement depends on how much the installment plan is issued.We decided that we would not order, the desire to work with the company was gone. Customer focus is zero.

But the surprises don't end there, I also lacked one pen in the kit, how is there no pen in the kit if you sell them in sets??? According to the manager, a new set of pens should be waited for 5-6 weeks, I assume that it will be 3 months. I can't replace them with others, because the doors stand opposite each other, instead they offered the most "unsympathetic" ones. The installation has not yet been performed, but faced with a long delivery time, the installation was ordered in 2 weeks because "it is unprofitable to carry equipment for the sake of two doors, wait in line." I do not advise this organization, the repair had to be postponed for 3 weeks due to incompetence or company policy, the money was received, and then the buyer could not get anywhere

We signed a contract and made an advance payment. According to the contract and according to the measurer, we had to produce the doors within a month. But, as a result, we received the doors only two months later. Which was extremely inconvenient, since the house is being renovated and all the work had to be postponed. But it didn't end there. Before delivery, the manager contacted me and said that the pens we ordered were not available. They offered another option and it was cheaper than those that were ordered and paid for, well, God help them, with these pens. The doors were brought, according to the deliverers, they were supposed to lie at room temperature for about a week. Because it was winter. Installers were supposed to arrive a week later, but no one came. We waited about two weeks.
The installer contacted us and scheduled the installation of the doors the next day after the call, to which he was told that this was not done and no one warned us during the day how many people were at work, and there was no opportunity to ask for leave at 9 a.m. To which, I was given an answer: "I can only come tomorrow, or you will have to wait about a week, or even two. Because he has a lot of orders. As a result, we agreed within a few days. But the surprises didn't end there. The installer arrives, looks at our floors, and says: I'm not going to install anything for you, your floor is not like that. And we have a screed, because we did not have time to put the tile. He can also immediately draw up a contract and take an advance payment. I recommend reading the contract carefully! Instead of the agreed 30 working days for production, the contract included 45. At my request, it was corrected by 30 (as a result, it was made even earlier). Also, a previously unspecified "surprise" appeared in the contract - the so-called "guaranteed installation". In payment for the doors, they immediately include 70 rubles for the future installation, so that the client does not later refuse the services of their installer. This condition can be waived, but we did not, because we did not want to take the "left" installer. The doors were delivered on time. Delivery is free to the entrance, ascent to the apartment for an additional fee, depending on the floor. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently (4 doors together in 8 hours). Time will tell how high-quality the doors are.

And we also saw that the mortise thresholds turn out to be, but they only have 2 cutters and if the width is not the same, then they will not install anything today. Then it turned out that the platbands were available, but the car had left for Borisov and no one could just bring them. but in fact it turned out that the guys were probably fucked up, because when they were picked up by the workers themselves, they said that they were just a little defective and different in color. there are a lot of nerves spent in a day. in this whole story, only the installers are good, there are no complaints about their work, quickly and efficiently.
We will no longer contact the company: the largest company in the Republic of Belarus and such a lack of service and the ability to communicate with customers by phone and one delivery machine turns out.

The door was supposed to stand for three days. She defended herself, but there were no calls from the installers. After waiting a week after the SMS, they typed it themselves. The installer (I think his name was Andrey) could not determine the time of arrival in any way, it felt like only he was working, and we were just sitting and waiting for his arrival, i.e. it was very difficult to plan. After calling the office, people began to say that they could not influence the installers, but they would try to talk to him. In the end, we somehow agreed. The installer was late, though on a call. I immediately asked for coffee, a stool, something else ..... there was a feeling that something was needed all the time. I worked without a vacuum cleaner, it was dirty. Our door is white with black fittings. It was said that it was necessary to put some other loops, three pieces, but now there are no black ones, but he will order and then reinstall. We are still waiting. In the process, he ran out of foam, asked for some money for the installation and went to buy. The installation of one door accordingly took a whole day. As a result, the door was installed disgustingly, dirty. Since the door is expensive, my husband called the phone, which is specified in the contract with the inscription something like "we will solve all your problems", if you have reached the stage of the contract, do not pay attention to this phrase. They won't help. The installation has nothing to do with them. We tried to negotiate with the installer, not under warranty, but for money to fix it. We called on the appointed day, when he was supposed to be in our area. Again, uncertainty, I'll call and disappear. I'm not saying that we still need loops in color. I do not recommend contacting here, there are no questions about the product itself, there is trouble with the installation and the company itself does not help with solving installation issues.
