Thanks to dveri.Thank you for our wonderful doors! Everything was great at every stage. At first, Nikita's manager conducted a detailed consultation, advised the material of the doors, taking into account our three children)) I helped you choose the accessories based on our requests and budget. The measurer arrived the next day. The doors are just wow, even more beautiful than we expected. I would especially like to mention the team of installers, the guys installed seven doors in a day! Everything turned out sooo neatly, they even advised how best to take care of the doors. In general, we are very satisfied!

There are a lot of questions about this organization. The measurer arrived, we decided on the white color, drew up a contract and made an advance payment. We agreed that the installation of the entrance door will be done immediately, and the interior doors should be kept at their place while the dusty work is underway. When we arrived, we installed the front door, and it was immediately covered with a film so as not to damage it during the repair. The slope was not immediately placed on the front door, it was agreed that, along with the interior doors, they would be placed on the entrance. A week has passed and they tell me that there is no room for our doors in the warehouse and they will be delivered today or tomorrow. They brought them in, forced the room and this complicated the repair process, they had to be dragged from room to room. The renovation is coming to an end and we are removing the film from the front door. And it's not exactly white, it's kind of white and gray. We thought it was different due to the lighting. A specialist in installing interior doors arrived and said that no one had told him to tilt the front door, and then it turned out that we didn't have it at all. We contacted the measurer, he said he would resolve this issue. The process of unpacking the interior doors has begun, and we understand that they are very different in color from the entrance. Next, the installation, the wizard cuts his finger and blood splashes fall on the wallpaper (the wallpaper is washable, but the stains are slightly visible). After installing all the doors, we received white interior doors and a gray (which does not fit into the design) entrance door without a slope. We are starting to solve the problem with the measurer, we had to go from another city to choose the color (because the doors are of different colors) of the slope, we chose to go home and we receive a call that the color we chose is no longer being produced. I'm not ready to go the second time, so I had to choose on Viber. Then the delivery of the slope for which they asked for money (the measurer's mistake - he paid). Then the installation of this slope ... the specialist will not come to you just because of one slope, wait, maybe the specialist will be in your city and will come to you. A month passed, then another month, and the specialist did not arrive. Then they offered a specialist who charges more for installing the slope than for installing the doors, or to look for an installer himself. Almost a year has passed, and the slope has not been installed. And this is not all their mistakes, it's just that everything is already forgotten. I do not recommend contacting dveri.by
