Excellent air conditioner for both long-term stay and short stay, Comfortable apartments, on-site gym and sauna, huge swimming pool During the day, a free shuttle bus runs from Kondik to the beach with stops at the market and supermarkets There are many restaurants nearby

The condo was built in 2018 and is well preserved for the Thai climate. The apartments are cozy due to the plexiglass on the floor instead of the classic tiles. I recommend

Nice condo, lived there. There is a swimming pool, a gym, and sun beds on site. There are shops nearby: 7-eleven and tops, as well as a fruit market within walking distance
